after some tutoring after school, addison headed to the kash and grab to buy a couple things for the house.

the brunette glanced around the store, her eyes scanning the empty shelves ian was stocking. "busy day?" she asked sarcastically, a playful smirk tugging at the corners of her lips as she gestured to the deserted store.

ian chuckled, understanding the sarcasm in her tone. "yeah, big friday night rush," he replied, playing along with her joke.

addison nodded, grabbing a carton of milk from the fridge. "sydney's been driving me crazy all day about buying fucking milk. i swear, she acts like she's the one running the house sometimes," she chuckled, shaking her head.

"sounds like sydney," he remarked, his tone affectionate. but just as he turned back to restock the shelves, a hand landed on his backside. "hey, that's sexual harassm..mandy?!" ian exclaimed, his voice tinged with bewilderment as he turned to see mandy milkovich standing there with a flirtatious smile.

it was as if she'd popped up out of thin air; addison had turned her back for only a mere second to now see her standing there, her lined eyes as amorous as ever.

"hey, ian." mandy greeted with a flirtatious smile, leaning in closer as she invaded his personal space. ian took a small step back, his discomfort visible as he processed the unexpected encounter. "uh, what, what's going on?" he stammered, clearly caught off guard by her forwardness.

"i wanted to thank you for coming to my rescue in history class today." mandy grinned, her tone dripping with lust. ian uncomfortably smiled, "no problem. mr. bancroft's a prick."

"well, i think you might be my knight in shining armor." she teased, giggling softly. "right." ian chuckled awkwardly, unsure of how to respond to mandy's advances.

"you are funny, ian gallagher." mandy complimented him, her eyes sparkling with amusement as she leaned in closer. "okay." he mumbled, his discomfort evident as he shifted nervously under her gaze.

as mandy's flirtation with ian persisted, she suddenly noticed addison's presence nearby. "hey addison," she greeted casually, her attention momentarily shifting.

"hi mandy," addison replied, offering a polite but somewhat guarded response.

strangely enough, addison jones actually had a good relationship with mandy milkovich. despite mandy's sometimes brash and bold demeanor, addison appreciated her straightforwardness and admired her loyalty to those she cared about.

the girl often found herself playing the role of the voice of reason to mandy's more impulsive nature, offering her calm and sensible advice when needed. and in return, mandy was fiercely protective of addison, always quick to defend her and stand up for her when necessary.
