Dex is referring to how Biana always looks effortlessly perfect all the time.

Biana is suprised that Dex would like her in Stellarlune.

Biana wants to know how long it took Dex to realize he had a crush on her and if he knows that she enjoys his company.

Dex doesn't know if Biana likes him or Tam with how she has flirted with both of them and does as the lyrics say. Go back up for the "it is enchanting to meet you" line and the stuff after that.

Dex is referring to Biana in the same way as before in the sense that she is beautiful no matter what.

It is referring to Biana with her many scars.

Biana is hoping that their interaction in Stellarlune with the food is where their story begins and that she hopes they work out.

Biana doesn't want Dex to be out of her reach and hopes that he doesn't like Marella. (This part isn't canon though it could work the other way around). The next two lines is for the same reason then repeat the choruses above again.
