light - finds it a bit annoying but gives in eventually and lets you. says he looks silly afterwards.
l - would be happy to let you do it to him if all he had to do was sit there and close his eyes. would never wash it off and it would just add to his dark circles... it would be cute for the first day...
misa - would love it and want to do yours!!! would find it so fun to do your makeup routines to each other and see how it looks!!
matsuda - would let you do it and get shy since you were so close to his face. would tell you that you did a great job and ask if he looks pretty now.
ryuk - he already has it naturally and you wouldn't be able to reach... but he would probably let you do it if you promised him apples.
soichiro - lets you do it if it will make you happy. washes it off before anyone else can see.
