Thirds person pov

It's been five days and Jake has not seen Maxeul or even spoke to him. Jake has continued sending text to Maxeul's phone and it has been sent but not yet read .
Jake had texted Max the past few days and it would be more than seven hundred messages in total the first day he sent around two hundred messages and after the second day the message became less and less,Jake messaged Max like he was breathing it was the only thing keeping him grounded and not fall into depression if he could fall any more

"Let's go to a bar come on Jake you staring at your phone will not make Maxeul call you back" Tay tries to gain Jake's attention

"No I don't want to go anywhere" Jake retorts

"Have you even looked at yourself, you have eye bags under your eyes from not sleeping these past days
You are just staring at your phone" Tay feels pity looking at his friend

After seeing Jake's state Tay suggested Jake to stay at his home as Jake's parents had become concerned after the first day......
Jake looked  weak like his soul had been sucked out, he was neither eating or drinking properly he rarely slept and only was staring at his phone he had become like a zombie with no emotions Jake had been affected more by the sudden disappearnce

"Come on..... Let's drink till you forget about that stupid guy!!!" Tay exlaims

Jake's doesn't even bother replying to him but drinking away his sorrow was a good idea so he finally agreed and now they were heading to their usual hangout place

Shots after shots, drinking like crazy Jake was downing any drinks that was handed to him but after each shot he could feel his heart break more, he could feel a knot in chest tightly which made it hard to breathe and the only thing that would make it go away was Maxeul.
So he called him and the call was falling to a deaf person's ear,he called again and again till he left hope again he started texting him

Is it so difficult to pick the fucking call????

Max is it really over between us

This was the last text Jake had sent to Maxeul as he threw his phone in anger and started continuing drinking his shots . After looking at his broken phone Jake went out for some air he walked staggering out to the road it was night and the wind was chilly making Jake's skin feel cool

Jake sat down on the road and he saw a car approaching him at full speed
He hoped the person who got out was Maxeul

He hoped Maxeul would run to him and tell it was a joke
Jake would have been angry first but later would forgive Maxeul.....
But to his dismay it was some guys who were now running towards him and he lost his consciousness as he felt a strong hit on his head

Ah.... Is this how I'm going to die....
Is what Jake thought before losing his consciousness

Maxeul's pov

It's been five days since I have last seen or talked to Jake. Not talking to him was a complete torture but I didn't want to see him yet, I had too much to deal with
I sent Rita to that bitch 'Amy' and told her to scare that slut away so she would never try that little  stunt again

I had directly gone home after coming out at the club I didn't want to be at that place
Jake kissing that bitch was the only thing repeating in my head and Rita's call informing me that she found the people who were tailing us made me feel happy, finally I can remove my frustration towards someone

I changed my dress into a black leather jacket and black gloves and taken my motorbike to the place. We used to keep all the people locked in a cellar  it was an isolated place and the best place to torture someone without any evidence

I knew it was the Dùan gang who were behind this whole stalking thing. I was the root of their hatred as I had killed their only son who would have been a threat to my brothers reign. In the mafia we had to be the strongest and
Oliver Dûan didn't want to comply with us after his attempt to intervene with our business I had killed him and hence his family is trying to take revenge

Three people were tied in the dark cellar and each of them were trembling in fear Rita had come to greet me at the entrance, blood was oozing out of their now broken noses ,lips bursied
Rita was the best in torturing people she could remove any information from them

I was just staring at her torture and after a two days of complete torture they  to open their mouth

"So they were just hired?" 

"Yes boss they have given us the number and we are tracing it now" she replied

"Okay so they are not useful now right?" I ask sarcastically

"Yeah I guess, but keep one for me I still haven't  removed my frustration yet" she pleads.

"okay" and I take my gun which was placed in my table and take it to the first person's head put the revolver inside his mouth the guys eyes widen in surprise and he starts pleading but that was not going to work if I let them live then the others would start getting bold and try some other tricks so I'm just finishing the problem at the bud.
I pulled the trigger and thud the lifeless body fell down infront of their friends those two people were now pleading for their life till one spoke up

"P- please d-don't kill me sir.... " he begged me

"No
How dare you to come near something that's mine!!!!"
My voice boomed echoing in the silent room everyone felt silent as I spoke

"S-sir they are planning  on kidnapping the boy" he spoke out in a small plead still stuttering

"What?"

"Some guy wanted to kill that kid because he took you from him" was all I know he said

As I heard it I just ran out now I was scared for Jake if anyone would try to harm him I'll kill them all with my own hands.I went towards my office to pick up my keys and Rita was right behind me

"Stop Maxeul!!" she said

"Stop? you're saying to stop I can't leave him alone after I know someone is going to harm him" I retort my voice becoming hoarse

"If we plan properly we can remove all the 'problem people' at once. Let's keep and eye on Jake and when he gets kidnapped we can save him and try to finish of the whole gang and the people involved in this she explains"

"But I can't see him now and pretend everything is fine "
I know what Rita was saying is correct strategically I have enough resources to protect Jake but if I completely remove the people then he will be safe

"Then don't
keep some distance from him and when they know you are not around him they will take action and then we can capture everyone" she explains

"Give your phone to me" she asks like I'm some kid.

I give her cause I knew I would pick his phone when he would call and after hearing his voice I would want to meet him and then this whole plan would fail

So I just sat there in the room drinking and trying to keep myself grounded I knew that it will be dangerous to Jake but if I let this problem go then people might attack him and if I couldn't save him my life would be a waste....

I can't let my precious angel be a target to others, he is too pure to be tainted by anyone

I just hope that Jake doesn't hate me after its all over...
