Dear readers,
I apologize for not posting any new content on any of my stories. I've been thinking a lot about how I've been these past few months.
My continuing writers block started to affect my mental and social health. Because of my struggle to think of how to continue, I've been neglecting my responsibilities and shutting important people out of my life without knowing it.
That, and I realized that I started writing these fan fictions because I loved it. Now, I can't even write like I used to be because I'm worried about losing readers because I'm not writing something interesting. My doubts and criticism made me lose myself.
In the past few months, I've discarded the woman I used to be just so some people would read my work. I've become what I've despised, a sell out whose only joy is having people like and comment their work.
I want to go back to basics.
So I'm taking about a two month hiatus to reconnect with the writer I used to be. The one who loved to write stories about her favorite characters that she saw on screen. And make them come alive on the page.
