First Day Back

Hi this is a fanfic of the show Bones. This is a story of Christine Angela Booth and Micheal Vincent Staccato Hodgins. Most of the story will be in Christine's POV.

"Christine we got a case let me drive you to school." Dad yells from downstairs. "Give me a minute." I throw my cleats into my bag. I run down the steps and into the kitchen. "Excited to go back?" He flips a pancake. "Yeah summer is always too long." I complain.

I load strawberries onto my pancakes and cut into them. "I think your mom likes having you at the lab during the summer." He pulls the pan off the element. "Where's Hank?" I ask.
"Your Mom had to take him early for tryouts. Ready?" I nod my head and grab my school bag and my soccer bag shoving on my runners.

We hop in the car and turn on 80s rock. Dad stops right at the front of the school, "Have a good day BJ." He gives me a smile and a pat on the shoulder. Micheal waits on the front steps with a bunch of his and my friends from the football team. "BJ! How was your summer?" Keifer waves.

"Dude we saw each other at a party 3 days ago." I punch him in the arm. "I still missed you." He jokingly pouts. I laugh and the bell rings. "Who's got Stiler for home room?" Jake asks. We all shake our heads and he groans. "I got coach," I smile.

"Which Coach man? We have two." Paxton asks.
"My Coach." I smile.
"Same." Micheal and I high five.

"We can never separate them can we?" Keifer sighs. "I don't even think that's possible." Paxton laughs along with Jake. A pair of arms sneak around my waist. "Hi Baby." Is whispered in my ear. I look up to see Blake's face. I give him a peck on the lips. "Hi."

Blake is my boyfriend he also plays on the football team as one of the wide receivers. He walks with us an arm around my shoulder. We've dated since the start of summer and he's good to me. But I know what he's really doing.

I've known he's slept with other girls while dating me he dated me because I'm captain of the soccer team and best friends with his captain. I'm not the famous daughter of Dr. Brennan and Special Agent Seely Booth, without any skills.

I'm going to catch him one day soon I just have to wait till the right moment. Blake leaves to head to his homeroom and Micheal and I walk to our homeroom. We aren't actually the same age I just skipped a grade.

Coach smiles at me as I walk in. "Can I leave my soccer bag here till tryouts?" I ask.

"Yeah let me put it behind my desk." She takes the bag from me. I walk down and take a seat by Micheal and wait till we are let go to our first class. My first class is with a new teacher. I look in the room and see multiple common faces. I take a seat down by Christine. We smile at each other exited to confuse the new teacher.

The funny thing is we are both Christine B. The new teacher walks in and starts roll call. "Christine." The teacher calls we both call out here. "Uh Christine B." She stumbles. Again we both day here. "This is going to be a confusing semester." She huffs.

"It's okay miss I actually go by BJ usually." I try to reassure her. "What does BJ stand for?" She asks already done with the morning. "It stands for Booth Jr." It actually does but doesn't at the same time most people call me BJ for Booth Jr curtesy of uncle Aubrey. My parents and siblings call me BJ because it stands for Bones Jr.

The teacher begins handing out get to know me work like every teacher on the first day. I sign my name as BJ and put Christine in brackets. My next class is Spanish which I know I have with Jake. Spanish is the fourth language I already know Mandarin French and English.

I sit down beside Jake and some of the soccer team. Spanish was easy we had a little sheet where we write down sentences about us in Spanish. The bell rings again and I stand up and walk out. A hand goes around my waist and I panic. I grab the arm and twist. "Ow baby it's me." They scream.
