Introduction to Characters:

Esha Vasudevan:

Esha, a complex soul shaped by a tumultuous childhood, carries the weight of emotional scars inflicted by her parents. Despite their materialistic care, the lack of emotional support has left her mentally scarred. Her dream of becoming a corporate lawyer is the anchor in her life, a profession where she transformed herself into a shrewd and seemingly emotionless individual for almost everyone around her. However, hidden beneath this strong fierce facade is a scared, hiding little girl who's lost and only comes out as a doting aunt who cherishes her niece and nephew to play freely.

Adhyay Verma:

Adhyay, a successful business man, arrogant  and headstrong individual who everyone at work fears.  As the CEO of his family business, he carries a sense of responsibility and leadership, coupled with a captivating personality and good looks. Coming from a wealthy and warm family, Adhyay's the exact opposite at home to his work personality. He's friendly, caring and always reliable and responsible. His younger sister and brother look up to him although he is a bit hard to deal with at times due to his anger issues.

Esha's Family:

Mr. and Mrs. Vasudevan: Esha's parents, whose love their children although they expression of this love through materialist means as they were never home working hard to keep their immigrant family running once they moved to Australia. Their conservative and controlling nature adds tension to Esha's journey.

Hrithik : Esha's older brother, married with a family of his own. He loves his sister although he's not expressive. They are like tom and jerry although their age gap is 7 years. Struggling to balance tradition and modernity, he becomes a pivotal figure in Esha's life. 

Anika: Arjun's arranged-marriage wife, adding a cultural dynamic to the family. She becomes a bridge between Esha's past and present. She loves Esha and is the best sister in law and friend to her. 

Aarav and Ankitha: Esha's niece and nephew, the innocent lights in her life, contrasting with the shadows of her past. They are Esha's stress buster.No matter what Esha protects them with all her life, so what happened to her won't happen to them.

Auro: Esha's cat and solace. He's the one person Esha seeks shelter at moments of distress while living her life as an orphan despite the existence of her family. So he's inherently very protective of Esha. Auro doesn't like new people. He's quite shy and introverted to everyone but, Esha to who he's an absolute angel.

Adhyay's Family:

Mr. and Mrs. Verma: Adhyay's parents, warm and accepting. They provide a stark contrast to Esha's upbringing, becoming a source of support for her later on in the story. They are loving parents and make time for their children and family no matter what.

Sitara: Adhyay's elder sister, married and content with her life.She loves to irritate her brother. However, they make the most fun of each other but will never let one another down. 

Anirudh: Adhyay's younger brother and the families spoiled brat always happy and making everyone smile. 

Sidharth: Sitara's husband and Adhyay's partner in crime at home and work.

Nila: Sitara and Sidharth's daughter and the apple of their families eyes. She is spoiled by her uncles. 

Taffy: Adhyay's family dog and protecter. She's very gentle until there is an disruption to the families peace.
