"Please don't leave," she whispered. He clenched his teeth and saw as she reached out to him to stop him from turning. He could see the tears in her eyes, and he relented, knowing that she was hurting too, even if it was her own fault. Finally, he closed the door and walked further in, setting his bag down.

"You did all of this?" She nodded. "Why?" She swallowed hard, crossing her arms over her stomach.

"Because you were worth it. Because you were the only one, I ever told about my love for this place. You were the only one who understood and accepted and even wanted to join me. Because you were.....are...the one I love. You are the one I want to spend forever with." He stared at her, slowly nodding his head. He hated the tears, hated the hurt but he wasn't fucking giving in on this.

"Funny way of showing it, don't you think?"

"I'm so sorry, Angel! I was wrong. So very wrong. I let them...her...get in my mind. I let her push all my fears to the front of my mind, and...," she trailed off, shaking her head. "No excuse. I've been the one screwing everything up this whole time. You've been patient, loving, perfect, and I'm fucking it all up." She ducked her head and sniffled, twisting Angel's heart.

"I cried," he told her. She lifted her head, tilting it slightly, questioning him silently. "That night I got back to my place after the hotel. I cried." He paused, wanting to make sure she understood the depth of his pain. "Judith, you have been the woman I've wanted from the start. But hearing the shit you said made me question everything." He watched as she swallowed hard again, and he shook his head.

"I'm sorry," she whispered.

"I get it. But that doesn't mean I have to accept it." He ran his fingers through his hair as he looked at her. He could tell those were words she wasn't expecting. "Do you think this," he told her, waving at the building and her before him, "is going to change how you screwed it up."

"No," she muttered quietly. "But I was hoping you'd hear me out and at least start to forgive me." He moved to lean against the counter, still watching her.

"The thing is, Judith, we've done this the whole time. You've believed everyone else at every turn, but me."

"I know, Angel. God, I know! I have no right to be standing before you, begging you to forgive me one last time. But I am. Because you are the most important person in my life. Because I've always seen you in my future, not just as a fling. This was never a fling to me. But I'm not used to this, used to giving my heart to anyone so completely. And certainly not used to the rules that Hollywood gives each couple. But I am so willing to cast all my fears aside and be all in with you. Because I will fight every fear, every headache for you.

"I know the pain, the heartache, the loss of not having you in my life and I didn't like it." The tears were rolling down her face and he clenched his hands at his side, fighting himself from taking her in his arms. He needed to hear the one promise before he gave in. "I won't do it again. Ever. I will flip off any newspaper and reporter that wants to say we don't belong together. I will tell every paparazzi to jump off a cliff when they want to get in my face. And I will tell every studio director, supporter, or anyone else to fuck off if they want to demand my relationship with you be over. I should have done that to begin with." With that, he reached out, cupped the back of her head, and hauled her against him. His hand entangled in her hair as he yanked it back and kissed her fiercely, putting all his pent-up anger, frustration, hurt, and love into that bruising yet claiming kiss. Finally, he broke it, resting his forehead against hers, wiping her tears away.

"I love you, Judith, I have. I should have told you long ago and maybe this wouldn't have happened. You were never a fling, baby. You were always it for me. I wanted forever with you too. But God damn, you ripped out my heart that day and I wanted to hurt you in return. I'm sorry. I never should have told you that. Forgive me?"

"Nothing to forgive." Her hands clenched his shirt and he smirked.

"You got a nice place here," he whispered, giving her another kiss. She giggled and nodded.

"With an amazing view. Come on."

Three hours later, after having some of the best fucking makeup sex he's ever had, he held her in the bed, staring up at the ceiling. His fingers trailed lightly over her back as she gazed upwards as well, their eyes taking in the gorgeous colors above them. When she had told him about this place, he so badly wanted to come with her, to treat her to this. He never imagined she would splurge for them. In fact, he had to say all of this was a pretty penny on her checking account. He'd make it up to her though, and take her to a couple of special places as well.

"You didn't have to go through all of this for me," he whispered, not wanting to break the magical spell around them.

"I did. Because I wanted to show you just how special you were to me. I couldn't figure out a better way to apologize to you than to have you here, in my spot. And I figured, if you didn't forgive me, I'd still have this place, even though it would be painful." He smiled at that and kissed the top of her head. His free hand ran down her body and he hauled her over his lap. He wanted to love her again, but he wanted her to ride him with the backdrop being that sky.

"I love it. Though I know it was costly."

"I love you and you're so worth it, Angel." She grabbed his already hard cock and lined herself up, sliding down on him. He growled but while one hand stilled her hips, the other entangled in her hair again, causing her to focus on him.

"My rodeo, my orders." He bucked up, causing her to moan and he smiled. "I'll love you forever, JD, and you better hold true to your words, you better Keep To The Script."
