Her previous house on the same lot was a white/creme, modern inspired home, that was simply too big for her and her daughter. The new home has more open space and general experience to appreciate the tan color coordinated walls and floors. (Exterior was recently updated and windows were added)

Erin lives in a chalet that was built with length in mind, its two entrances, pool and unfinished patio give it a feeling of grandeur. The living room is a large space encapsulating the house, with a fireplace and a large entrance to the hallway, it gives the impression of being bigger than it actually is.
The first bathroom is located next to the front entrance which opens to the hallway and living area. While the back entrance leads to the laundry room and then kitchen and dining, with the kitchen having a separate opening on to the patio.

Up the stairs leads to a second, smaller, living area and directly to the first kid's room. Erin already had her daughter who is currently married with her own kids and living nearby however the room will still be in use following Erin's marriage plans. The kids room is equipped with its own patio, bathroom and closet.
Right next door is a small size sauna, across from the main bedroom and right next to the kid's bedroom. It is not a full size sauna but it does have enough capacity for a medium sized family (around 4-5 people)

The main bedroom also has its own bathroom and two patios, one with a view of the pool and another with the view of the land. Each patio is separated by a wall, offering some privacy for the children and parents'.
Ideally Erin will marry again as it's been over a year in real time and the house will provide good use.
However, recently, Erin's only daughter passed away leaving behind her two teen kids, Lonny was adopted by Erin while Alexis gained her own family home.

A basement area that opens to the pool located right above, it's got a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room as well as basic necessities. He is a teen so he can't own his own home but he will stay here until he becomes an adult.
