This is a 3 bedroom family home, most of it was copied exactly from the video just used differently. Two rooms are about to be renovated to prepare for a baby; Penelope and Michael will not be partaking in that, they will be moving to a house more catered to their needs.
As they both simply have a job and participate in a lot of the challenges EA puts out, this house is no longer suited for them.
