"Antonio, we talked about this just this morning no coming to my work during meetings," I say eating the piece of chocolate cake he bought me
"I came because I needed to see a beautiful face and your face is one of a kind Colomba also you don't need to work," he says feeding me chocolate cake as I feed him too.
"You know you are distracting and I need to focus to make good money my love as much as I want to quit and relax I just can't plus I love working," I say looking serious but Antonio chuckles
"You know you are so cute and I did not know my presence was distracting Colomba," he says
"Well, now you know, "I say as I get up walking to him.
"It's so distracting that I can feel you in a room with me when you look at me and lastly when you touch me no other man made me feel this way, Mr. Russo," I say as I trail my finger across his chest
Antonio groans and says, "Sometimes you make me want to do unimaginable things with you,"
"Mhm and what are those things, stalker?" I ask as I wrap my arms around his neck.
"Like I want to take you across the desk right now but I would never you don't deserve to be treated like a slut because you are so much more," he says
"But what if I was a slut?" I ask him and I see his mouth twitch at my question.
"Well then you be my slut no further questions ask," he says as he kisses me harshly and I smile in the kiss getting all flustered.
"You know I never thought I would ever fall in love again Antonio," I say staring at him as that's the truth.
"Is that your way of saying you falling in love with me?" he asks me with a huge grin on my face.
"Mhm, but what I am trying to say is thank you for liking me and wanting me and for being in my life," I say and he cups my face.
"Don't thank me for something that I needed to, you made me look at life way differently than anyone and I think that's one of the reasons why I am falling in love with you to a point where I can't picture a world without you in it as much as I want to give you the world you are my world Colomba. I would give up all my money and businesses if it meant putting a smile on your face because when you don't smile it's like my world is coming to an end," he says and I feel like crying because how did I get so lucky to end up with a man like him.
He is the man whom I see a present and a future with and I hope this lifetime is the one I end up with as I see it no other way a life without him in it means a life without rain, seasons the sun, and the moon and stars, it would be dull and empty. One thing I will pray for is to always have him in my life.
I don't even realize tears are falling down my face, "Why are you crying Colomba?" he asks me and I smile.
"It's nothing I just realized that I want you to always be in my life no matter how bad or cruel our circumstances are," I say as I look down at our rings.
Antonio intertwines our hands and kisses them, "You and I this is for infinity I promise no evil shall ever come into this relationship," he says and I pull him in for a kiss and he squeezes my butt making me laugh against the kiss.
"You know my papa would have liked you also sometimes feel like I knew you my entire life but I know it's a stupid thing to think that," I say thinking how Papa and Antonio would've had a bond and also how Antonio reminds me of certain things in my past.
"I know he would of," Antonio says leaving me with a question.
"How do you know this?" I ask him looking confused.
