"It starts way at the beginning before the world comes to an end and before I was even important. Witchcraft was the fundamental start of sorcery and magic. It jump started the entire world. It created the feud that lasted four hundred years between the werewolves and the vampires. Name's that became important like some guy named Danny and many more... The time of werewolves and vampires and creatures is done. Sorcery is the only path us mortals can ever divulge in. Magic can create happiness and also create pain... But hope isn't lost not completely maybe the world can survive but my name says otherwise. And I know no one will read this note. The only satisfaction I got was proving him wrong and showing what I was capable of. Now onto whatever crap story comes next.. and by that I mean my life. " There sat a man who dropped his pencil and threw the note and is it flew away. The wind took it and it glided through the mountains in which he sat. The world around him seemed red and dull. Fog took most of the view for miles. The man sitting there wore a black overcoat with a black turtleneck and black jeans with large black boots. His hair was a dark brown and his eyes glowed red. The hairstyle he had was a middle part that matched his face. The color of his skin was a silky white that almost looked pale. His face was tired with his eyes having dark circles underneath them. He fell over and started at the sky which was red with dark grey clouds. No longer blue with white clouds. His expression was tired and he couldn't seem to keep his eyes open. So he laid and his eyes shut slowly and he felt his body start to wither.

The Beginning

Four hundred years have passed since the time of wolves and carnivores .. Now the rulers of the world are wizards and witches. There is a boy who we will come across whose name is Melioras Worldbreaker given to him by his adoptive father Thorfin "The Elegance" and his presence was strong in this world. The Elegance is a wizard known to the world of magic as the strongest wizard of his time. The truth about him though is that he does not care for magic and is more of a father than wizard. This world does not use first names as the main name for communication. The title you are given is your true name. Now onto the meeting of a boy and his adoptive father.

The Encounter

A boy wanders through a city in a world where technology is abused by many. The city appears to be a nuanced cyberpunk era times square. The boy who wears a coat and t shirt with shorts in the winter is unsure of where he is. The boy is scared and many adults don't care of his presence. His hair is short and light brown. His eyes are a beautiful hazel and he had a face of pure innocence. He has no idea how he stumbled where he is or how to get home. The boy continued walking looking for anyone who could give him the time of day. As he began to grow weary and tired he stumbled into a café. He walked and sat in one of the dining area seats and laid his head to rest. As this happened a lady with dark pink hair and a motherly face walked over. She wore working attire and woke the child up. "Hey sugar.. are your parents here?" she asked gently. He looked at her and shook his head no. "I'm not sure.. where they are" he said with his voice starting to break a bit. A tear fell down his eye and looked down at the floor with his hands together. "Aw well do you know their phone number?" she asked him with hope in her voice. He once again shook his head and continued looking down. He was young only about 7 or 8 years old. She got up patted his shoulder and spoke "I'll be back okay.. we'll find your parents and get you home safe.. stay here ok?" she said as she walked away. A sad expression appeared on her face as she walked over to more people in another side of the café. She spoke with many faces and then disappeared. People by the dozen walked over into the area he sat and his spine shivered. "Where's the kid?" someone yelled. "The bounty on his head will set me and my family nicely.." another spoke. The boy got up and began to bolt away and smack into a man who was very tall in comparison to him. He looked up and saw an older man who had a stitched eye and a creepy smile. "So you're the runt.." he said in a raspy and aggressive tone. "I can't believe you're real" he said with his smile widening. The boy began to try and run away as he was grabbed by the leg. A rope that came out of nowhere glowing from the mans hand. "I deal in construction magic.. boy" He said as he began to giggle. He then pulled as the boy began to struggle and scratch on the floor. He looked up and saw many others look down at him. Many people even the lady who seemed so kind stare down at him. "Please let me go" the boy begged. The man then created a bag out of thin air big enough to hold the boy. The boy began to cry out of frustration and stared out in the crowd of people who stood and smiled. Before he knew it everything went black. Covered by the bag and held by the man. The lady looked away and glared at the floor. "You know your a good worker.." He said to her. "I haven't seen you sick of this for a while?" he spoke again. Her demeanor was cold and she stared at him angrily. "I know of the crap you pull.. Lucia Sinclair.. You call sorcerers after we abduct these brats" he said loudly. Her face changed to a panic as everyone stared at her intensely. "I know you feel bad but its bad for business.. most of the shitbag sorcerers don't even stand a chance against us.. but you've still tried to sabotage our operation..  I just needed proof it was you" He said as he began to chuckle. He then blocked the doors and window with his magic with brick walls. "No ones gonna come save you or the boy woman.." he said as he began to throw the ag over his shoulder. She then ran and was stopped by two muscle heads. "We're warlocks.. but you knew that right, Sinclair?" She looked up and flinched as one began to throw a punch before being flashed with a green blast that knocked him away. The other muscle head looked over and then around him. "Shit shit shit a fucking sorcerer is in the building with us!" he growled as every person in the room positioned to form and cast their spells. A large green flash illuminated the room and then disappeared.  Everyone in room except the man with eye stitches and Sinclair were on the floor immobilized. Suddenly, another man appeared wearing a white shirt and white pants that radiated. His hair was a light blonde color that was slick and majestic with texture like wax. His eyes a great sea green. He stood and stared at the eye stitches on the mans face and standing in front of Sinclair. "You're famous arentcha.. whats yer name again.. The Negligence .. noo.. the unintelligent" He said as he cackled with a proud expression.  "My name is The Elegance.." he said pointing at the man. "You'd be smart to respect me and let go of the kid" Elegance spoke. The man with stitches just stared at him and dropped the bag with the child inside. The boy grunted and plopped out of the bag with bruises over his face. Elegance diverted his eyes down and his face flushed with anger. "You gon ki-" the man paused as he looked and saw a green orb like creation spawned at the edge of Elegances pointer finger. "You can do whatever the hell you want with magic.. but don't ever hurt a child in my presence" Elegance spoke harshly and glared at the man. The man then mocked him and acted scared only to laugh. "Lets see if you really worth all the talk negligence" he said as created a large black hole with his hands. Elegances eyebrows shifted intensely to show his seriousness and fired the green orb. The man cackled as he began to throw his black hole and witnessed the black hole burst and fade as the orb closed in on the man. His body began to tense as he shifted to create a shield which also disintegrated. "That aint possible.. what kind of sorcery is this bullshit!" He growled at Elegance. The Elegance simply smirked as his hands entered his pockets. The orb grew close and began to tear at the skin of the man and he began to scream as his blood and organs spewed on the ground with the orb gone. The mans internal organs were present and he fell to his knees and looked up at Elegance. "Destruction magic... isn't it elegant?" He said to them man as he fell face flat on the floor. The blood and organs spilled everywhere and Sinclair began to breath erratically and hold her hand to her chest. "I'm sorry Sinclair.. for not being here for you.. sooner" he said as his face turned to her his expression softened. She finally caught her breath and looked over at the boy. "How many times did they ask you?" she asked him with a montone voice. "Twice I think.." he said as he looked at the boy as well. "Two kids are... and those two  are probably-..." she said as she began to cover her face with her hands and choke up. "No one told me this mission was about children.. and I was trying to prevent a magic war" He said with stern face. "I know its just hard being weak all the time.." she said as she started wiping her tears. "I know they sent you here undercover but the magic council is starting to lose sorcerers left and right" he said. Elegance began to pick the child up and cradle him in his arms. "Your magic is strong and its helped me on many occasions" he said as he began to show the child to her. "Help this child.." he said as he smiled softly. She began to her hold her hands over his face and a white light blossomed as his bruises and damage began to fade. "He didn't suffer much damage.. He'll likely wake in an hour" she said with low sounding voice. Elegance looked at the boy and smiled. "You think the magic council will help him find his parents?" He exclaimed. She sighed and gave him a confused look. "He's alone..- I don't think he has parents.." she said. Elegance's eyes widened and he looked again at the boy. "Insight? That magic are you serious+?" he asked. She stepped back and looked away. "I know its black magic.. alright" she said calmly with a sternness that shook Elegance. "It was hard seeing them get taken.. I learned it to see what happened- no what would happen to them" she said upset. Elegance took aback was surprised and looked away in disappointment. "I'm going to the magic council and decide what happens to the boy.. he witnessed magic.. they won't allow him to speak of it.. his mind will be erased" He said with a dim expression. "The boy is magic.. he's not a non wielder.." she said. Elegance peered at her with an eyebrow raised. "Insight told you about his magic?" he asked. Sinclair scoffed and directed her eyes with his. "Yeah.. don't tell the council of my black magic use.. got it" she said stone faced. "Fine .. I owe you anyway" he said before he began to walk away. Sinclair turned and looked around "What about this whole place!?" she shouted. Elegance chuckled "Just come on.. lets get the hell out of here its about to be the magic guards property soon" he said. She jogged toward him and stood next to him. "Reach into my pocket there's a device.. the portal-thing-a-muh-jig" he stated. She reached and grabbed as she the oval device opened a larger oval shaped entrance to the council themselves. "The gate fabricator" she said under her breath. Elegance smirked and walked in with the  boy in his arms followed by  her.

THE GATE

As they walked inside and looked up at a bunch of the members of the council. They looked at them and began to bow their heads. "Hello great council.. I come on behalf of this child" He hollered. They looked at him and then toward Sinclair. "You wish to adopt the child?" A council member spoke. Elegance's face changed to a look of confusion with annoyance. "Yes! The boy has no parents and wields magic abilities" he said aloud. The council mumbled to one another than spoke in unison. "Motion granted.. However, you must allow the boy to join the Sorcerers when he becomes of age" they said. Elegance still annoyed contemplated that decision. "Fine.." he said not completely sure of his answer. He then turned to Sinclair who opened another gate as they both walked into Elegances house.  He walked to a nearby couch that looked pristine and expensive. Then proceeded to press a button which made it turn into a bed completely. There he placed the boy gently and covered him with a nearby blanket. Sinclair held her arms crossed and looked at him. "Where is the nearest airport?" she asked. He walked over to her and hugged her to her surprise. "Its a couple towns away.. just take the portal thing" he said as he let go of her. She looked up at him as their height was obvious up close. "Thanks.." she said as she began to walk through another gate. "Hey let me see him once in a while .. ok" she said. He nodded "Of course you're always allowed to visit him" he said with a bright smile. She then smiled back as the gate closed. His smile began to fade slowly as he looked at the boy unsure of what to tell him. The boy began to open his eyes gently and peeked at Elegance with a scared expression. "Hey kiddo! I heard you don't have parents? um.. I can be your dad? If you want me to be.. y'know.." he muttered. His own embarrassment flushed onto his face. The kid began to show his whole face from the blanket. "What happened to the bad guys?" he asked innocently. "Don't worry no bad guy will ever come close to you.. as long as I'm here" he said smiling brightly. The child then softened and smiled back. "You're my dad?" he asked cheerfully.

"Yeah buddy I'm your dad"
