They all rode their bikes to school, in their Ghostbusters costumes.

Tara dressed as a Ghost. She placed a bed sheet over her body with cut out holes for her eyes.

''Woah woah.'' Mike said as he turned to Lucas. ''Why are you Venkman?''

''Because I'm Venkman.'' Lucas replied.

''No, I'm Venkman!'' Mike argued.

''Why can't there just be two Venkmans?'' Will asked to which Tara nodded to.

''Because there's only one Venkman in real life. We planned this months ago; I'm Venkman, Dustin's Stanz, you're Egon, and you're Winston!'' Mike explained.

''I specifically didn't agree to Winston.'' Lucas told him.

''Yes you did!'' Mike argued.

''I don't think he did.'' Will said.

''No one wants to be Winston.'' Lucas said.

''Why not?'' Tara asked.

''Why not? He joined the team super late, he's not funny and he's not even a scientist!'' Lucas explained.

''Yeah but he's still cool.'' Mike said.

''If he's so cool then you be Winston.'' Lucas responded back.

''I can't!'' Mike quickly said.

''Why not?'' Lucas asked him.

''B-Because,'' Mike stuttered.

''Because you're not black?'' Lucas said for him.

''I didn't say that.'' Mike defended.

''But you thought it!'' Lucas said.

While they argued, Dustin began trailing away from them and stopped in his tracks.

''Guys!'' He yelled, breaking their fight.

''Why is no one else wearing costumes?'' He asked.

The bell rang for school.

As they walked through the hallway, a couple kids laughed at them.

''When do people make these decisions?'' Dustin asked.

''Everyone dressed up last year.'' Will recalled.

''It's a conspiracy, I'm telling you.'' Dustin said.

''Just be cool.'' Mike told them.

''Who you gonna call? The nerds!'' One kid teased.

After school, they approached Max at her locker.

Dustin cleared his throat to get her attention.

''Hi, Max. I'm Dustin and this is-'' Dustin greeted her.

''Lucas and Tara.'' Lucas said while gesturing to himself and Tara.

''Yeah I know,'' Max paused. ''The stalkers.''

''Stalkers?'' Tara asked with a small head tilt.

''N-No, actually we weren't stalking you.'' Lucas denied.

''No, we were just concerned because you're new and all.'' Dustin lied.

''Yeah, for your safety.'' Lucas added.

''There are a lot of bullies here.'' Dustin said.

''So many bullies, it's crazy.'' Lucas said.

''Is that why you're wearing proton packs?'' Max asked, eyeing their costumes.
