Upon arriving at Jungkook's apartment building, Nora was surprised. It wasn't a traditional apartment building but an old warehouse converted into loft apartments. He wasn't kidding when he said his place was more spacious. She double-checked the address and apartment number on her phone, and upon finding the door with the matching number, she rang the doorbell.

The heavy door slid open, and the most handsome, warm, adorable smile greeted her. Jungkook had changed into a handsome sweater and black pants for the evening.

"Hi, Rabbit."

"Come on in."

She walked in and slipped off her high heels by his coat rack. She then took off her scarf and gloves, tucked them into her coat pockets, and hung up her coat. Looking around, she was immediately charmed by the high ceilings, tall windows, brickwork, exposed beams, and ductwork. "Your place is so cool!" her eyes sparkled in awe.

"Especially in the winter. The old windows are drafty," he joked.

A savory aroma lingered in the air. "What smells so delicious?"

"I've got some ramyeon cooking on the stove. I hope you don't mind. I know it's just a quick, cheap meal, but—"

"No. Ramyeon is fine," she smiled. "I like it. Plus, it will give us more time to practice and do other things," she flirted.

The corner of Jungkook's mouth curled up into a lusty smirk. "That was exactly my thinking."

Briefly scanning the loft, she asked, "Where should I put my things?"

If you walk down and around the corner, you'll see a set of stairs to my upper loft. That's where my bedroom is. You can put them there.

Nora nodded and headed to the loft but stopped in her tracks after turning the corner. He had an entertainment center with a large screen TV, but across from it, where most people might put a couch, he had placed...a bed. She looked beyond the bed and saw a pool table. Most people would have placed a dining table in that location, but he was a bachelor and free to put whatever he wanted there. Looking beyond the pool table toward the far wall in the left corner was a treadmill and home gym equipment. In the right corner, against the brick wall and one of the tall windows, was...another bed. Puzzled but also a bit turned on, she headed up the stairs and placed her overnight bag on his bed.

Jungkook's decor was minimalist. He had a clothes rack for a closet and a set of shelves with t-shirts and jeans folded and placed on them. His bed had no headboard—just bedding in black. Silk satin bedding. She wondered how many women got to experience the erotic bliss of Jungkook fucking them senseless in his black, silk satin sheets. Multiple beds? Sexy sheets? Nora's imagination got the better of her, and she started to feel a little less special. Who was she kidding? She felt a lot less special.

Suddenly, Nora was torn between desperately wanting to do whatever she could to make herself stand out from the crowd of sexual conquests that came before her and wanting to shrink away into nothingness. Pushing down her tears, she took a deep breath, then another, and headed back downstairs to his kitchen. Despite her heart aching at the discovery of how Jungkook lived, she put on an Oscar-winning performance as they ate. Her boyfriend had no clue. And considering the young woman had fallen in love with him, she decided her only choice was to do whatever it took to stand out from the crowd.

Nora pulled her hair up into a ponytail as they washed their dishes after eating, and the flirtatious boyfriend took the opportunity to kiss the back of his girlfriend's neck. Unable to control her instincts, she immediately flinched and turned away from him.

"Is something wrong?"

"No. You just tickled me," she replied in an effort to maintain her facade, then kissed Jungkook's cheek.
