Third person pov :
The night sky covering the earth, with its darkness, the wind blow was getting heavier, signalling the weather conditions, so as the news reporter says too.
"People, don't stay out as the weather situation is not good, There might be a storm, so it's better if you all stay in your houses, stay safe and be safe.. See you next time in next weather report "
But looks like the situation is tense because a man stepped out of his villa, sat in his car and accelerated his car in speed.
Did he even hear the news or not?
He sniffled, but not a single tear escaped his eye, his eyes were glistening, he took a deep breath as he took a right turn.
He must have saw something that made his eyes red and glistening.
It was a hilly area, and people I do warn you all.. Never drive recklessly like this man.
But this man loves to do the exact opposite!
His eyes red as his jaw clenched and unclenched again momentarily, he changed it in 4th gear, and accelerated.
He took out his phone and dialed a number, holding the phone with one hand and other on steering wheel.
No one picked up.
He tried again calling the person and finally someone spoke.
"Hello? "
"Hello Riya "
"Is that you? Where are you at this time!?" A panicking voice came.
" I got to know everything Riya!! "
"What? Everything? Ru—"
" My own blood manipulated me, he did everything !! He lied to me about her.... " His voice trembled.
"Come back here, and explain me slowly.... Wait...where are you?" Her concerned voice came.
"I said so many things to her.....I can't even forgive myself for it...why didn't she slapped me...I was so wrong Riya.." he ranted.
"Are you even listening! "
"Riya.. I am going to do the right thing, I will apologize for my mistakes, and yes... We will be together again... Yes.... Together again.. " He went on determined.
"You are not in your senses, tell me where are you now!? " She yelled worried , irritated as she stood up from her bed.
The weather conditions are not right and here he is ranting only one stuff!
"I am on my way to her, we will lead a happy life together... Once I apologize to her... " He stammered, as anxiously.
"Please, don't take a reckless step, weather condition is not good outside, Come back home Ru—"
"No Riya... I have come this far, I won't back off, I had to pay for my sin, I will apologize to her once, and then.....I will punish my brother!!" He said, his jaw clenched, his driving speed increased.
"Just do what I am telling you to do once,.... Don't be crazy....please.., Come back here!! " She shouted, her voice had concern.
"I will Riya, once I —" He was cut off by a loud truck horn, he turned his steering wheel immediately, and pulled the emergency brake, making the tyre a screeching sound slipping on the road, it's side mirror got hit by the truck, making it lose it's balance, the car crashed with the divider with a loud noise.
"Rudra? " Her voice came from the phone, which was now fallen down near the back seat.
"........."
"Answer me, Damn it!! " She shouted.
"............"
"I am getting scared!! " She stammered, her heartbeat quicken thinking what might have happened there.
"..........."
"Ru... dra...." Her voice trembled.
"................"
".............."
"RUDRA!! " She fell down on her knees all worried and tensed, she somehow stood up again with a lot of courage walking to her closet.
She picked her coat and wore her boots, but stopped seeing the weather.
"Are you going somewhere? " A man asked, his face was not clears as it was night time, but she knew who he was by his voice, she nodded.
"Yeah, He is not in his right mind " She muttered glancing down at the floor, he sighed.
He knew whom she is talking about.
"The weather conditions are not good Riya... " He requested, she clenched her fists.
"He called me, he was saying something...but suddenly I heard a, truck horn and then he didn't respond anything...." She paused and glanced at him.
"I am scared...what if... " She shook her head, he pulled her in a hug.
She was afraid for him....
Bad thoughts came to her mind.. She doesn't know what might have happened there.
"I am sorry, but I can't let you go in this weather...He will be fine.. Don't worry...If you are worried so much, we will go tomorrow. " He suggested as she wrapped her hands around him with a tight grip, he patted her back and picked her up in his arms and made her lay on the bed, she wiggled in his hold, a scowl on her face.
She tried to speak but he cut her off with his lips touching hers, holding her both hands on the bed, she gave up.

As soon she slept, he buttoned his shirt, glanced at her sleeping face. He pulled the duvet on her reaching it till her neck and glanced out of the window, the heavy rain, with high gush of winds with thundering noice.
"I am sorry I can't let you go there... '
He murmured with soft eyes, caressing her forehead and slept beside her.

She woke up as she got a call, she picked it up.
"Hello? " She spoke in a groggily voice, making him groan.
"What?....when? " her eyes narrowed, her groggily voice turned shocked, he got confused.
She immediately woke up, leaving him puzzled, she changed as fast as she could and left from there, he followed her behind.
She drove to the place, he was behind with her, She saw a woman in her mid 40s standing near a broken road divider and some people whispering to each other, The police staring at the crane.
"Looks like the driver was drunk..."
"He fell from that hill.... "
"Yeah... What might have happened to him? "
People talked to themselves, her gaze fell on the car, which the crane pulled up and then at the woman who gasped and stumbled back, she immediately held the woman, who shook her head, her eyes teary, palming her mouth shocked.
"It's his car... " Riya whispered looking at the woman, who was in denial.
"No..No....This can't happen!! " She cried, her eyes teary, Riya gazed at the car, as she gulped the lump in her throat her eyes flickered with pain, she shut her eyes as actear escaped her eye and held the woman close consoling her.
She warned him but he didn't listen...
