"Sino 'yan ha?" he accussed, trying to sneak peek at my phone.

"Wala. Manood na nga lang tayo ulit." I pouted.

Pinitik niya ng mahina ang noo ko. "Ayokong nagseselos, Gia ah."

"Ayoko rin no'n kaya you behave." Gumanti naman ako ng pagpitik sa kaniya.

"Bait ko kaya." Sabay play niya ulit sa pinapanood namin.

Namalayan ko na lang na nakatulog na pala ako nang tumunog ang cellphone ko at nang tignan ko naman ang boyfriend ko ay tulog na tulog itong nakasandal sa akin. Hinalikan ko muna ang ulo niya bago ko sinagot ang tawag ni Gavin.

"Hi babe," he greeted.

"Wow. Just wow, Gav. What the hell are you trying to do?" I managed to lower down my voice just to avoid disturbing Deign's sleep.

"Keeping my promise."

My forehead creased. Why do boys have to talk in few words that can puzzle me out? "What?" I asked, still annoyed.

"That's what I promised to your dad."

"Gavin nag-usap na tayo 'di ba?" Narinig kong may tumawag sa kaniya sa kabilang linya para sabihing resume na ang shoot.

"Talk to you some other time, babe. I really need to go, bye. I love you." With that, he ended the call.

I grunted. I can't believe that the person I admired so much before is the one who's pissing me so much right now.

Bakit ba kasi kailangan pa niyang guluhin 'yung mga bagay na inaayos ko na? Talaga bang mahirap maging masaya lang? Hindi ba pwedeng maging masaya na lang din siya para sa'kin? Minsan na nga lang maging selfish, 'di pa napagbibigyan.

Buong biyahe ay napaka-touchy ni Deign. It's either he's holding my hand and playing with my fingers or hugging me and sniffing on my neck.

When we got there sobrang dilim na. Tinext ko na rin naman si Kuya na nakarating na kami para di na siya mag-alala.

Hinatid na muna nila ako sa rest house namin. Hindi ko na pinababa si Deign dahil gusto kong magpahinga na muna siya at bukas na kami magkita para harapin ang parents ko.

Mahaba-haba rin ng onti ang nilakad ko pagkapasok ko ng gate pero dito pa lang ang sarap-sarap na sa pakiramdam ng simoy ng hangin. It calmed me the moment I took a step at the paradise.

Our helper knocked for me and brought my things. Papa opened the door and I saw glimmer in his eyes. Before saying anything, he hugged me tight.

"Gutom ka ba?" He asked while we walk inside the house. I shook my head.

We went to the veranda where Mama's standing and staring at a beatiful view.

I hugged her. "Hi Mama!"

She flinched a little then chuckled and hugged me back. "Hi princess. Kumusta naman ang biyahe?"

"Okay lang naman po."

Tinuon ko ang tingin sa view na kanina pa tinitignan ni Mama. I breathed upon feeling a sense of relief. This place really have the aura that can relax my nerves.

"It's so beautiful." I stated.

"Very," Papa answered. When I turned to him, it warmed my heart to see him looking at my mother.

Inakbayan niya ako. "Ano nga pinunta mo dito, aber?" Pagbasag niya sa moment.

I pouted. Why does he sound annoyed that I'm here? Na-istorbo ko ba sila ni Mama? I wanted to laugh but I'd rather not to because I don't want to get scolded.
