My whole body is aching even though I am doing nothing
For the past few days I skipped my classes because of the fever. I never thought that a small fever would make me stay in bed for three days straight. But somehow I managed to complete the design for the group project and sent it to Cami.
I tried to start my work for NYX design but I am still stuck on the research part . Now I am preparing for the midterm which are just around the corner
Jasmine has been taking care of me a lot, the medicine, food and keeping me company. Sometimes she acts like me even though she is younger than me.
It's 8pm , Jasmine should be back by now
I hear the door opening, I remove the blanket and get up to welcome her back. Jasmine comes in with a flower bouquet in her hand and her expression
It's been a while since I saw that expression on her face .She looks at me and her smile grew wider, did someone confess to her or what
She squeals and places the bouquet on the table and rushes towards me. Before I could react she jumps in for a hug almost crushing my bones and then starts spinning me around
Her giggles surrounding the room
"Jasmine what happened?" I yell and she stops but doesn't stop giggling
"He brought you flowers!" She beams with excitement
Who brought me flowers?
"What are you talking about?" I ask her as she goes back and brings the bouquet and hands it to me . I look at her in confusion "Liam brought you this!"
My eyes widened
"Liam as in Liam Carter?" She nods aggressively
I look at the bouquet and then at her . She must be pranking me or something, why would he bring me flowers "you are joking right?"
She rolls her eyes and makes me sit on my bed , the bouquet still in her hand . She kneels down and sits near my legs "I met him downstairs" she says resting her arms on my lap
I get up in shock almost stamping Jasmine
She pulls me down again and starts explaining the whole situation "When I was coming back to the dorm , I met a guy who was asking about you . When I asked who he was , he introduced himself as Liam and told me to give this bouquet to you!"
I look at the bouquet
The pink tulips wrapped in a white sheet and a cute ribbon securing them together. They are so pretty, when I look closer I notice a small card peeking through the tulips . I take out the card , it's more of a letter. My name written on the front with golden ink in the most elegant handwriting
"He wrote you a letter" Jasmine cries, making me flinch. "God he is so whipped, so what's written in it?" Her eyes shining with curiosity
Hi, As you have not been answering me or texting me I had no choice to write you this letter. Honestly it's not a bad idea, maybe I do like writing letters . I am not completely sure why you are ignoring me. But if you are angry about the hoodie incident, I am really sorry I didn't mean to hurt or embarrass you. I will not repeat something like this again but please don't ignore me.
