Prison I envision
a place I don't want to go,
Prison a place,
A place I wish never to go.
I saw my daddy there,
I saw my daddy slowly die there.
I saw my brother there,
I saw my brother get his life together-
Temporarily.
He's back on the streets,
Met his boy named B,
And he was really sweet.
His story was told,
Long enough,
Books could've been sold,
Wanted:
A criminal B.R.,
Prison is a cell
compared to a jar.
He awaits the trial,
Ha he waits to get caught,
Walked by the Po today,
He braced himself, he thought.
Prison tattoos,
Stars and the colour red,
Stop it I don't think I can tell you a this,
But today his first tear was shed.
Prison is a hell,
He won't see his girl,
Prison is a hell,
He's going one day again.
I'm not scared for his safety,
He can handle his own,
I just wish he wouldn't.
Prison cans trip a man of his identity.
I suppose with B, he never knew who he was so there was no identity.
Prison.
