CROWN PRINCE XAVIER aurora was hoping for something a tad more casual, however she figured she wouldn't be able to convince him to wear a t-shirt and jeans. she's not even sure if he owns any. so she tried for the next best thing:

THE MIRROR MAZE • the race:
who doesn't love a good old mirror maze race? try not to crash into the mirrors as they both try to get through the maze as quickly as possible. they may go together or split up and truly make it a competition
• hide and seek:
"eyes can be deceiving." aurora remembered the prince telling her that (or something similar) at the ball. so, she invites him for a game of hide and seek in the mirror maze. don't let someone's repeated reflection trick you into thinking they're really there.
THE KITCHEN • is it cake? (sunset):
aurora requests that two cakes be made for them, one for each person (she doesn't bake and would fail miserably). each person gets to pick a random object or food and try their best to turn their cake into said object or food. then they'll try to guess each others. they will bring them to their next location.
THE GARDENS • another maze:
unlike the mirror maze, this will be a more casual stroll through the garden maze together. some nice relaxing and chatting as they try to make their way to the center.
• the picnic:
after all their energy is spent, in the center of the maze there will be a picnic set up for them. enjoy each other's company, eat food and their (likely botched) cakes, and look up at the night sky together.
THE RULES 1) the gift basket:
they must prepare a gift basket for each other to give the other person at the beginning of the date. the gift basket must include: • something to wear throughout the date (why the outfits are a little plain! spice up the others outfit for them) • a decorative trinket they think the other person will like • a snack • a note: they will write out how they feel about each other and anything else prior to the date. once the date ends, they will take the piece of paper and write how their feelings have changed (if they have) after the date. they cannot read the note until they have parted ways.
2) truth or truth:
due to the fact that they will be doing a good handful of high energy activities, aurora omitted the 'dare' part. throughout the date they can take turns asking each other questions. the answer must be the truth, no dancing around it.
3) physical touch:
ah, aurora's love language. aside from when they are separated (like in the mirror maze or baking), they must always have some part of their body touching each other. aurora's thought was hand holding between the venues.
