It's been 2 months since I've been here and today was Christmas
Amell has been loosened up more and more and I finally saw outside when going Christmas shopping with my mother and sister-in-law
I was currently helping to make Christmas dinner, I had already made the baked macaroni now I was making oxtail
''Smells good in here'' Amell said walking in with his friend Andre his brother Ajax and nephew Aaron
Kelly-Ann was in the kitchen mixing up the batter for cake and Thalia was making baked chicken while making cornbread

I left the oxtail to cook and got started on the goat meat which I seasoned last night
I added some coconut oil to the pot and once it heated up I poured my onion, garlic, and scallion into it

I placed the seasoned meat in the pot and covered it before chopping up Irish potatoes
''I didn't know you could''
'' How would you? you locked me in my room'' I said
After ten minutes I checked on the meat adding hot water to it to make more gravy
