(Nora's POV)

Dad got us back two days after the fight with Cicada II.

"Be safe." He said before he was gone in a flash of lightning. I turned to Dawn and let out a heavy sigh.

"Let's go to mom." I said, taking her hand. She ran us to mom's apartment, phasing us through the door. Mom was sitting on the couch when we came in. She screamed, holding her chest.

"Nora? Dawn?" She gasped, jumping up from the couch to come hug us. "I am so glad you came back! So much has happened since you left."

"You're glad we're back?" Dawn asked softly, looking up at mom. Mom sighed and hugged us closer.

"I never wanted you to leave. What happened was an accident. You didn't mean for it to happen." She said, pulling back to look at us. "Future Grace killed Orlin and kidnapped little Grace."

"Shit." I said, my eyes widening. "This is not good. We need to get through to Grace before future Grace does anything else."

"She has been all over the city." Mom said. "Stealing things for the device she's planning to use to wipe out all metas."

"Yeah, we need to move fast." Dawn said, setting her backpack down. "We need to get to the lab."

"Your dad is there and I haven't talked to him since everything happened." Mom said, biting her lip.

"You two have to make up at some point." I shrugged, taking her hand.

"Okay, but we're going to drive." Mom said, grabbing her keys. "Let's go."

(Caitlin's POV)

When we got to the lab, Cisco and Barry were in the cortex pouring over the files that Nora and Dawn had given us before they left. The second we walked into the room Barry's head snapped toward me.

"Cait." He breathed, then he noticed the girls on either side of me. "Nora, Dawn."

"They came back to help." I said, lifting my chin. Barry nodded, his shoulders slumping.

"I'm sorry for how I treated you and what I said." Barry said, walking closer to us. "It was uncalled for. I have made plenty of mistakes alongside the people of this team who have also made mistakes of their own."

"We forgive you." Nora said. "It was a dangerous situation that we could have been prepared for."

"It was our fault that we ended up fighting Cicada II blind, but we're willing to make up for that by helping you get through to Grace before she goes too far down the path of becoming what she does in the future." Dawn finished, giving Barry a nod. I smiled to myself. Our girls were so strong.
