howdy everyone it's been a hot sec!! title says it all, this year marks officially 10 years of all the lovely bad ones. in honor of our anniversary here's all the fun lil extras and stuff and what not prepare for grammatically incorrect ramblings and.... A FACE REVEAL

the greatest question of them all... what made me write this?

fun story, actually. i'm about to over share ☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆  lol but i was sort of dabbling in acting but had never been cast in anything, i only ever did work as an extra (the most recent and last work as an extra i did was in 2022 which consisted of 3 night shoots where i was on set until 4 am and after i was done with that i was like that was awful i am never doing this again and i never have lol side note: steven ogg (simon from twd) is in that movie it comes out this year i think ?? maybe idk and also i never saw him tho i was not in any scenes with him lol)

ANYWAYS for a while back in my youth i was trying out for actual roles (series of unfortunate events, the conjuring 2, stuck in the middle, to name a few, never really hearing anything back, i was not great and that's okay teehee) (for those curious on how i got auditioned for these, basically you get an agent and they look for casting calls for characters that are in your demographic and they get the audition info and the sides and you do a lil video doing the whole spiel and then they submit it for you, i only ever did video submissions because i never got past that point to do in person ones, 100s to 1000s of girls are auditioning for the same role so it's a lot of rejection over and over lol rip)

BUT i did end up getting an audition for the walking dead season four, for a character now known as LIZZIE... y'all... but i actually don't think her name was lizzie in the sides i got i don't really remember this was literally 11 years ago and all i did was send in a video audition through my agent and i obviously never heard back lol but before that i was not allowed to watch the walking dead because i was a child but i begged my parents to let me watch season four because i wanted to see which character was the one i could have played and who got it instead—another side note: acting is not for the weak of heart, it literally destroyed my self confidence lol

i was still auditioning around literally sending in for something every week and never getting called back when i received another walking dead audition for season 5 in i think january or february of 2014 for a character who literally i kid you freaking not ended up being ENID... can you imagine? still recovering from that one lol i think the second they heard me say i was 13 years old and 5'9 during my opening slate they were like heck no and went to the next video submission that is if they ever watched it at all. chandler is a short king, it would have never worked out smh and it would have actually been psychotic if i had made it through the whole audition process and got on the show, i was so completely awkward and lowkey freakish i would not have handled it well and i def would have humiliated myself someway somehow

anyways, fast forward now that ive seen the show and season 4 was done airing and i'm kicking my feet over my crush on carl and making scenarios to fall asleep to about him falling in love with a cutesy lil blonde girl. in july of 2014 they had the 'dead white and blue' marathon where i watched the entire first four seasons (which i had not seen the first three prior to this viewing session) and i was shook to see carl kill another child i was like what about that boy's family?? how were there no consequences for this child's death?? anywhooo i was like what if this blonde girl carl liked was the sister of the boy he killed OH THE DRAMA so i started writing it on my moms macbook because i didn't even have a phone yet and wouldn't until my 14th birthday lol wattpad was the first app i downloaded on that hot pink iphone 5c lol

i will admit i had the absolute fattest crush on chandler (obviously, or else this book wouldn't exist) and i was heavily involved in the chandom (which was a complete trainwreck of a fandom lol chandler as a person was difficult to be a fan of bc 1. he was a teenage boy who said and did a lot of stupid problematic things and 2. we were all little teenage girls who lived for the drama) i actually have met/seen chandler on a couple of occasions and i did speak to him ONCE at a comicon when it was appropriate and warranted to do so (and i was a wreck after it) but the other events (my dad works in film/production so i was able to tag along to premieres and award events stuff like that lol basically being a nepo baby) but at these sort of things i DID NOT approach him bc honestly he made me so anxious i would get so sick to my stomach the second i saw him, completely avoid him and watch him from the distance, and then i would cry for days afterwards lol
