Hey im Claire Edwrads, Im 17 and I live in Sydney, Australia … and let the story begin

Claire’s POV

“Mom! Do I have to move??! I mean I fine here!”

“Yeah dear… but how bout getting wrist cuts from bullies??” my mom answered back.. note the sarcasm ..

Yeah I was bullied, called fat, ugly, stupid a slut … you know the usual lines … but one time I couldn’t take it anymore I cut my wrist just to end the suffering .. but my mom found out and I told her everything… and she planned me to transfer school, to God knows where

“But where am I going??” I asked while getting myself a  glass of water

“To London…”

“What??!!”  I choked on my water. “But… But the wha?? That’s so far!!” I stammered.

“I know I just want you away from the people that were mean to you Claire…”

Talk about far away.. note my sarcasm

“I understand mum… but ill be so far away from you and my brother.”

“you’re taking Cedric with you …”

“What? For reals??!!” I shouted.

“well, I cant attend to him everytime so might s well take him with you… I already booked you two a flight, tomorrow 8:00 am.” My mom said

“Ok mom! I promise to take care of him!”I shouted again, more excited this time..

“Hey.. whats with the shouting?” my  15-year old brother asked going out of his room

“Cedric, what dya say if we go to London and stay there for a while?” I said

“What?! Really? When?”

“It’s true dear. And tomorrow your going there.”my mom answered him

“But I didn’t say goodbye to my friends.. oh in the second thought, mom could you say goodbye to them for me??”  my brother asked.

“Ok, now pack your things…”

“Last to pack, treats ice cream.” By brother challenged.

“Oh, your so on! 3,2,1 go!” I said

We raced to the stairs and began packin … oh shit what am I gonna pack? I don’t wanna end up  over packing!!

“2 suit cases only ok?” my mom said downstairs.

Shit  how am I gonna bring my things with only two suit cases!

“Im almost done!” Cedric shouted from the other room.

Oh great! Lucky for boys they only need to pack their clothes. Oh why cant I just be a boy!

I grabbed my shirts, tees, jeans, skirts, underwear, jackets, dresses and put them in one of the suit cases. Next, shampoos, hair dryer, accessories, shoes, heels, flats and anything I saw on my dresser and my laptop. I was done!

“Ha! I finished before you!” my brother said.

“Lucky for you! You only need to pack your clothes!” I snapped at him

“Come on Claire, don’t be sore loser!”

“Ok! Ok! Im treating you!”

“Come on! There is an ice cream stand on the park!” he said going down the stairs.

I grabbed my phone and wallet and catched up with him.
