High Ruler roles are audition only. You may audition in the comments, via PM, or write it in a book and tag me. The audition is to write a brief overview of how you would describe their personality and then a role play example using that character. For example, if you were auditioning for the high ruler of the autumn court, you would give a 5-10 sentence description of how you'd play their personality, and then a 10+ sentence role play example of how you'd role play them. If you need a prompt: write how they'd react to receiving the letter about the Burning.
