I stroke the hickey on his neck, "You better hide that"
He grins, "Nah. It's gonna stay right there"
"What if Treyvon calls you"
"Then I'll ignore. Baby don't worry bout me"
"I have to, I'm scared" I admit
"I'll tell you if I answer his calls but for now it's a no, I need a break. Let me take you out next week though, it'll help take your mind off things, and mine"
"If I'm not grounded by then, sure"
He laughs, "Chill. Just say how sorry you are"
I give him one last kiss through the window, "Have you met my mother?"
"Yes and she always sympathises with you, you'll be fine baby"

I pause from walking away, "You were checking me out weren't you"
"I sure was"
I roll my eyes playfully before heading towards my house and he smiles before putting the window back up and waiting for me to go inside.
The second I stepped into the house is when it all went down, I saw Neveah first. She was in the kitchen pouring herself a glass of orange juice, when she saw me she gave me that you're in trouble look. I could also hear my parents before I saw them.

They both turn around once they hear the front door shut, "What the fuck is wrong with you" Mom shouts as I walk in

"I was at Indi's house, I thought you'd be ok with it cause you always are"
