Movie nights at Casa di Rossi are few and far between because of how busy we always are, but David spares nothing for it. By the time Emily and I pulled up, about two hours later, he had a bunch of snacks and drink options, the large TV in his living room had some streaming app already open, and the TV had LED lights around it to change depending on the movie music/scene or something like that. Emily and I arrived after Penelope and Reid, and Derek and Savannah were a couple of minutes behind us. JJ and Will were last since her mom could stay with the kids. We all wore respectable pajamas but still clowned on each other.

David even rearranged his furniture and had multiple plush sofas all next to each other for our viewing comfort, with small tables in between. JJ and Will sat on a loveseat, Derek and Savannah nabbed another, David took the only armchair, Luke, Emily, and I nabbed one sofa, while Penelope and Reid got the last one.

"How do you feel?" Luke asked, whispering in my ear as the first movie began.

"A little tired, a little hungry, very relaxed." I muttered.

"You take those painkillers, kiddo?" David asked.

"Yup!"

"Me too." Derek smiled.

"Good, that's why I set up rooms for both of you. Probably won't make it through the whole movie." David laughed.

"He got the good stuff, he'll be out halfway through." Savannah laughed as well. "Thank you."

"No problem."

David just looked at Luke and nodded. I don't know how I feel about that, but it is what it is, and I don't really care. Derek started to pass out halfway through, as predicted. I lasted a movie and a half, one full comedy and half of a scary movie. Luke insisted on carrying me since I was more unconscious than conscious. I know I asked him to stay, and he happily stripped down to his boxers, helping me change into his shirt. This ... thing is more than I expected, but I'm enjoying it, so we'll see how things progress from here.

"Thank you." I muttered, snuggling up to his side.

"For what?" Luke asked.

"Taking care of me." I yawned, closing my eyes.

He said something, but I didn't hear it, I did feel it when he pressed his lips to my forehead, and then I lost consciousness. We all woke up at different times and took off to our individual residences. I think I was one of the last ones at Rossi's house with Penelope because we insisted on cleaning despite Dave's arguments. It was the least we could do after all of us were here last night. Emily dropped me off at home and after another round of painkillers, I fell right back asleep.

My phone woke me up and I cursed all of it, everyone, and anyone who decided to interrupt my sleep. As a matter of fact, whoever it is, is lucky that I even woke up and opened my eyes to begin with.

"Hello ..."

"Sorry." JJ's voice rang out.

"Why are you even calling me? I'm out for a week." I argued.

"Hotch told me to call you in. Two days are better than one."

"Two?"

"You've been out since you got to your place yesterday. What time did you go home?"

"Around noon-ish, if I'm correct in my timing. Huh, I've been out for around 18 hours." I said, looking at the clock showing 9:39 am.

"Shower and get into the office."

"Did you call Derek?"

"No. Just you."

"Good, I'll see you after three coffees."
