"Baby"
I cupped her face instantly and cried,
"Baby please keep your eyes open"
She shook her head in denial having a hard time keeping her eyes open, I rested my forehead upon her bloody one and begged her,
"Please Strawberry, for us and the kids, please"
She cupped my face with her shaky and bloody hand, I looked into her eyes, she smiled with her blood-stained face and mumbled,
"I love you"
Her hand fell and her eyes closed, panic-stricken me, I tapped her cheek and called her,
"YN"
"STRAWBERRY"
I yelled but she didn't wake up, I heard an ambulance in the background and so many people were surrounding us but I could only focus on my life lying lifeless beside me. I hugged her tight and begged her again,
"Please YN you are scaring me"
Pulling back I held her face cupping her cheek and mumbled to her,
"YN it's enough now open your eyes"
But nothing happened, someone pulled my flaccid body away from her and I numbly saw nurses taking YN into the ambulance, someone patted my shoulder and asked,
"Are you with her?"
I nodded and he spoke,
"You need to come with us"
I kept staring at the ambulance in which YN was, the person made me stand on my feet and dragged me into the ambulance. I sat in the corner looking at nurses trying to stop blood flowing out from YN, I gently held her hand and silently begged her,
"Please YN open your eyes"
"You can't leave me yet"
"The kids are waiting for us Strawberry"
Nothing happened YN was still lying there lifeless and my body was benumbed already, we reached the hospital and doctors ran towards us dragging YN away but I tugged on her hand not wanting to let her leave my sight for a mere second and then somebody pulled me away, and said,
"Sir please we need to hurry up"
I let go of her hand but followed wherever these people were taking her, A few nurses stopped me as YN was taken into the operation theatre while I saw the gates getting closed and YN disappeared from my sight. The ward boy around made me sit on the chair nearby and told me,
"We called her family"
I nodded still staring at the door behind which YN was, she was going to be alright, nothing happened to her, it was just a nightmare, everything was going to be fine, both she and baby were going to make it, they'd be fine and are going to come out of that room...A hand on my shoulder brought me out of my trance i turned around and saw Dad and everyone present there, standing up I hugged Dad tightly and let my tears fall finally. He caressed my back while ic tried my heart out hiding my face in the crook of his neck, while he whispered encouraging nothing to me trying to calm me down but I couldn't, not until I saw YN safe and sound with my own eyes.
The door of the OT opened and a doctor rushed out, Jimin, Rose, and I immediately walked to him, he looked at us and told us hurriedly,
"She already lost a lot of blood, so we need blood right now"
"How's the baby?"
Rose asked worriedly he looked at her and replied,
"We need to deliver the baby right now"
