i was getting heated up, i didn't have enough patience for knowing the truth.

all the information played mind games on me,

it was getting less obsecure.

"You guys had a reason to stick with her.." i removed my hand on his shoulder making him push his back forward, i turned my head to roxy who was tapping her leg while crossing her arms.

"You guys are the only one she goes with, while the others don't." I looked at dale with a glare.

"And you guys are the only one part of this club, clearly every member knows what happened that every other people has the lack of knoledge of it."

they kept quiet, oh Hart's grin pissed me off.

My fist curled up into a ball, forcing my self not to budge.

"Anyone, explain?"

"You're missing something, partridge." I heared dale tapping in his drums.

𝑆𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑡𝑎𝑝, 𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑡𝑎𝑝.

𝑡𝑎𝑝 𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒, 𝑡𝑎𝑝 𝑡𝑎𝑝.

𝑡𝑎𝑝 𝑡𝑎𝑝, 𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒.

𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒, 𝑡𝑎𝑝 𝑡𝑎𝑝 𝑡𝑎𝑝.

He hit the cymbal, and continued tapping.

𝑡𝑎𝑝 𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒, 𝑡𝑎𝑝 𝑡𝑎𝑝.

𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒, 𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒.

𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑡𝑎𝑝, 𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑡𝑎𝑝.

𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒, 𝑡𝑎𝑝 𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒.

𝑡𝑎𝑝.

𝑡𝑎𝑝 𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑒, 𝑡𝑎𝑝.

𝑡𝑎𝑝, 𝑡𝑎𝑝, 𝑡𝑎𝑝.

an unusual rhythm, i thought.

we heared the bell rang, everyone looked at the bell.

"Wait, hey explain-" everyone grabbed their bags and left their instruments down, ignoring me.

"Miller, Hart- Dal-" they pushed me off the door, leaving i peaked throught the hallways where Roxy glanced with a smirk that pissed me off.

I placed my hand on my face, shaking myself off from the heated 'argument'

i locked the door behind me, sliding down the floor.

I sighed, everything was making me crazy.

My mind drifted to different paces, and things that caught my attention.

I'm mad crazy, it hurt my head.

I was too pissed, i don't know if i should go to class with an angry mind or stay here till i figure things out.

If i go, the mystery will be left unsolved.

If you're asking, why am i so invested?

i found it creepy, eversince i red the letter of numbering alphabeths i started to transform numbers to letters that i see.

My mind became more observant of everything, solving and trying to understand poems for a deeper meaning.

Or for a clue for something?

The unusual tapping

The ridiculous amount of everything in the curtain they kept.

𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐞 rays of the sunlight..
with 𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲-𝐭𝐰𝐨 stars..
𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫 artists on a stage..
𝑵𝒊𝒏𝒆 rays of spotligh..
𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧 audiences..
𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 hand prints..

A code?

92249145..

A cellphone number?

i wrote the number on a paper, dialing it on my phone.

"The number you have dialed is not yet in service."

Maybe it meant nothing.

Or was it for something else?

i picked up my body from laying around putting my phone back into my pocket, i fidgeted with the chains on my black jeans.

i looked everywhere for a lock, laptops, gadgets, None.

i lost hope.

the last time, i looked under the desk where Xin sat, there was this metal locker where i though was an electrical switch.

It couls be a locker, it could be a switch once i open it.

You never know unless you try, right?

i pressed, 9-22-4-9-14-5

Hoping for-

declined.

i collapsed on the floor, whining while brushing my palm on my forehead.

i raged.

But no quit, ofcourse.

'𝑁𝑢𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑠, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑙𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑛𝑜 𝑚𝑢𝑐ℎ 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑛 𝑡𝑤𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑦-𝑠𝑖𝑥.'

Was there any numbers pass twenty six in the six digits? No.

𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒉 𝒍𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓, 𝑰

𝑻𝒘𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒚-𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓, 𝑽

𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕𝒉, 𝑫

𝑵𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒉, 𝑰

𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒉, 𝑵

𝒇𝒊𝒇𝒕𝒉, 𝑬

Ivdine..?

Dineiv..

nevidi..

Divine.

But there were no letters in the code lock.

D, four
I, nine
V, twenty two
I, nine
N, four teen
E, fifth.

49229145

i wrote on the ripped paper on the floor,

I sighed, hoping it was an answer before i went forcing one of the members for the answer.

But i'd look and feel stupid for not completing these types of puzzles.

i clicked on the numbers, breathing heavyly, open mouthed.
