Pokemon: Protect the Past, A Futures End

Prologue: The Futures End.

Viridian City-Cerise Laboratory, Night time, Third person POV:

[Inside the dorm room of the Laboratory, we can see our favourite protagonist and his roommate Goh, sleeping on the beds but Ash is tossing around the bed, as he can't fall asleep because of overthinking.]

ASH:[sighs]Oh man, can my brain stop thinking so much, it's so annoying that I can't fall asleep because of this.

[After few more tossing, Pikachu woke up and watched his trainer going left and right on the bed, Ash soon stopped struggling and gave in to his thoughts.
His thoughts won over his sleep.Ash sighed again.]

ASH:[thinks]If I can't sleep, may as well think of something which is connected to me.

[Ash soon thought about his adventures, he had many companions to join him in his journey, he is always grateful for Brock, Max, Cilan, Clemont for being the cook and guide of the group as well being a brother figure to him.]

[His thoughts then reached on girls, quite hectic situation for him, if he has to say so.]

ASH:[Chuckles]Misty, Misty she really fell for me after Orange Islands huh... though I was extremely dense at that time, may as well compare that denseness with a rock.

[After Kalos, Ash went to Alola to have some vacation but ended up winning the league and beating Tapu Koko, for his last day in the region, Kukui broke his denseness by having a Father and Son talk and he was really shocked and embarrassed to say the least, he found out that 85% of the girls he met in his journeys had a huge crush on him.]

ASH:[sighs]Can you blame Me though? I was naive and innocent like a child...how would I know if girls fell for me. All i thought about becoming a Pokémon Master and exploring all the regions I can.

[After realizing this, he had a long thought about his own feelings for all the girls who had accompanied him on his journey. First being Misty, he would've said yes to her, if he didn't realize the fact that they are not compatible with each other. He felt that she was not the one for him at all.]

[Second being May, he was sure May didn't think of him anything in a lovey dovey way, but he had a hunch that she started developing her feelings for him, when he saved her from drowning, He also remembered how May's mom kept speaking of him with praises.]

ASH:[confusion]Wait...why all mom's are like that for their daughters...Mrs. Maple, Mrs. Johanna, Mrs. Grace, Mrs. Aether and finally Mrs. Cerise, they all seemed to praise highly of me in front of their daughters...why? I remember how the girls would blush at that whenever their mom would do something along the line... Thank goodness my mom is normal.

[He was glad that May found her true love with drew, He also thought of may like his student instead. Since he helped her develop and mature her battle style, in turn making her into a confident trainer, he became her mentor in his mind.]

[Third girl was Dawn to join the Sinnoh group, she was the little sister of the group in his opinion, they laughed and fought together like friends and for first time he can say that dawn may be the 2nd perfect girl for him but his feelings for her as best friend was stronger. He was pretty sure dawn also had a big crush on him throughout Sinnoh but it slowly disappeared as they seperated for a long time without being in touch with eachother.]

ASH:[smiles fondly]Sinnoh was fun, it was my second best region, arguably my strongest strategy based team and I found myself a best friend. Dawn was just fun to hang around with and both me and Brock agreed to that, she helped me so much with my strategies like counter-shield and ice aqua jet.
