Since it was Black Friday, I decided to take Starchild, Demon, Spaceman, and Catman out to play a game of baseball.
We rode the band's tour bus to get to the Stadium.
There was no one there because everyone else was shopping for Christmas presents.
When we arrived, the guys went to the changing rooms to put on their baseball uniforms.
Of course, they were KISS-themed.
I sat down in the bleachers to watch the game while eating a bag of popcorn and a large-sized coke.
"Who's going to be the pitcher"?
Catman asked.
"How about we play rock, paper, scissors"?
Spaceman suggested.
"Good idea, Spaceman. Alright, guys, huddle up".
I watched as the guys stood together in a circle.
"Rock, paper, scissors..."
Starchild had his hand shaped like a rock and when he saw that Demon had scissors, he immediately proclaimed:
"Scissors smash rock. You're on first".
The glamorous frontman smiled, and Demon grabbed a baseball.
He walked over to the pitcher's spot.
Catman picked up a baseball bat and he got himself ready.
Demon threw the ball and it burst into flames.
"Whoa"!
Catman dodged the fire, and then he hit the ball with the baseball bat.
It went flying into the air towards the left and then, we heard a crash.
"Foul ball Catman"!
I called out, writing it down on my clipboard.
After about ten minutes, Catman returned with the baseball.
He then decided to try again.
As soon as Demom threw the ball, the drummer hit the ball with a WHACK!
"Good hit"!
Starchild and Catman gave each other a high-five.
"Hey guys, can I have a turn"?
I asked excitedly.
"Sure, thing. F/n. Go ahead".
Spaceman smiled.
I took the baseball bat from Catman and then got myself ready.
Demom threw the ball and I almost instantly hit it.
But then...
"GAHHHH"!
"What's wrong, Demon"?
Starchild asked.
The bass-guitarist was on his knees, holding onto his crotch.
"I think he got hit in the nuts. Sorry about that Demon".
I said.
"I guess I'll be the pitcher now".
Catman said, as he grabbed the baseball bat.
He chewed on some gum and blew a bubble while waiting for Starchild.
Then, when he was ready, Catman threw the ball.
Starchild easily the ball and it flew into the air.
"Run Starchild"!
I called out.
Spaceman ran to get the ball while Starchild ran for the first base.
When he got there, Spaceman threw the ball and Catman jumped up and caught the ball with his feline abilities.
"My turn".
The electrical guitar player prepared himself for the moment.
He could feel the lightning from his KISSterian powers charging through the baseball bat.
Catman threw the ball and when Spaceman hit it, an explosion occurred, followed by sparks and debris.
When the dust settled, all that was left was a giant hole in the ground.
Spaceman picked up the ball and it sizzled into his head and then turned into ashes.
"I guess our game is over now".
Starchild said, and we all agreed with him.
With that, KISS went to the changing room to put the clothes that they had on before.
Then, we went to the snack bar and got some nacho chips and cheese and a drink.
