Namjoon:why they all are so bad now I will not eat anything till they comeback, now I should do some work🙄. But what should I do 😅, let's watch some movies
The day ended and namjoon didn't have his dinner. He check his stuff and pack some gifts with him to give to orphan children. Finally a black van arrived and there were three children by the age of 3 were present there. Namjoon hand them some gifts and sit inside the car
Namjoon: noona are they new? 😊
Ella: ya namjoonaa they are new, they come every month for one week and then they go away
Namjoon: why for one week? 😕
Ella: they live in abroad and their parents come for business trip here once in a month so they  live with us and then they leave to America

Ella: yes they know english well do you want to learn😆
Namjoon: yahh ofcourse 😅
After they reached orphanage namjoon distribute many gifts to children and he went to old age house which is just behind the orphanage. He reached there and met with an  He was missing bts alot but he was not able to do anything so he slept without eating his dinner. Namjoon spend second day without eating his breakfast and now ita 5:00 pm
Namjoon: they mostly arrive in one day so why they are this much late noona I miss them
Ella: where are they? They always left you alone here and never give actual adress of your house
Namjoon: who? My brothers actually they went to a mis.. I mean on a business trip
Ella: oh so they are business man so why are you here? 😕
Namjoon: I don't understand these things and I enjoy my life with their money so why should I work. They love me alot and give me money as much as I want. I have some issue with my health so they don't want me to have stress and I always disturb them as well
. Jinnie hyung always scold me and hobi hyung always saves me, mochi, tae tae and kookie are younger than me but they always listen to my complaint against hyungs. Yoonie hyung always teach me to grow up but always melts in my cuteness but I love my jinnie and yoonie hyung more. I hole they are save 😫
Ella: namjoonah why are you shivering 😨 do you have cold
Namjoon: my stomach is paining and head is spinning alot😭😣
Ella: wait I'll call your brothers 😨
Namjoon: no just give me a glass of water don't disturb them
Ella: are you sure😔
Namjoon: yes I want to go to restroom
Ella: ok I will prepare lemonade
Namjoon: ok
Namjoon went to restroom and collapse on the floor he was vomiting again and again and his body was turning pale but he give a splash of water on his face and looked in the mirror. His shadow appears
Reflection: your clumsiness is burden for your brother remember namjoon
Namjoon: they love me, I'm not a burden for them
Reflection: so why didn't remember that you can't use microvawe
Namjoon: they were busy
Reflection: they are just ignoring you and enjoying their life so that they can stay away from you and be free from burden. You are just their unwanted responsibility
Namjoon: they love me you idiot just leave me
Namjoon pick a soap stand and throw that in the mirror and mirror was spreaded around the room. Every piece has his reflection and was mocking the same thing
Reflection: namjoon is a fucking coward and a burden to his brothers, he is useless. He keep his hands on his ears and started breathing heavily. He was already pale, and having his panic attack, his constant crying was affecting his breathing and he shouted.
Namjoon: "eomma appa I'm coming to you and I don't want to be a fucking burden on someone, and... and I am use.. less (breaths heavy) per.. son".
He close his eyes and everything turns blank. Ella heard his shoutes and run towards the restroom whsn the the class of water fall from his hands
Ella: namjoonah wake up. Listen your brothers are here. They come to pick you up from here. You said that they love you so get up fast come. Pack your stuff namjoon
She was calling him again again but he was not replying and ahe got tensed. She called someone
