Episode 16/FINALE: "Bella Vita (Beautiful Life)"

Back in Busan – South Korea;
Yeol returned to Busan and was greeted by his mother and sister-in-law, Jin Seola. It was good to be home, but Yeol felt like something was off. He couldn't quite put his finger on it, but he couldn't shake the feeling.

Later that evening, Mi Na returned from school and went straight to Yeol's room without knocking. She noticed Yeol's laptop, it was opened and placed above his table, and when she took a closer look, she saw a photo opened in the screen, it was a picture having Mi Cha on the frame.

"Ommo~!... Oppa~, what's going on? Why do you have a picture of Mi Cha on your laptop?" Mi Na asked, confusion etched on her face, while Yeol fixing something inside the bathroom came out equally confused, "What do you mean?".

Mi Na pointed to the laptop screen, "This woman,.. it's Mi Cha Eonni,.. You met her in Italy?,.. did you gain back your memory?" she asked her brother.

Yeol's heart raced as he realizing a sudden connection between Mi Cha and Michaela, the woman he met in Amalfi. Memories flooded back in striking flashback, and he was overwhelmed with emotions. "What do you mean?,.. Mi Cha..?. this?.. this woman is Mi Cha?" Yeol asked, his voice shaky while looking at the photo.

Mi Na looked at his brother with concern, "Yes Oppa~ that is Mi Cha Eonni, the woman you are with before the night of the accident, you never confirm anything to us that night, but I recall how you treated her, she's someone you strongly care about... You and this woman is very much in love,. You are even willing to call-off your engagement with Rina,.. Still can't recall anything?" Mi Na added.

Overwhelmed with all the flashbacks of information in his head that he cannot process, Yeol suffered a severe headache and nearly passed out. His mom eventually saw him after hearing his painful screams, they called their family doctor and he was treated eventually. As he drifted off to sleep, Yeol couldn't help but think about Mi Cha and the love they had shared.

The next day, Yeol woke up feeling groggy and disoriented. He knew that he needed to talk to Mi Na about what had happened, but he didn't know where to start. He stumbled out of his room, and Mi Na was waiting for him in the living room.

Yeol's heart sank as his sister Mi Na retell everything that had happen the night before the accident. Mi Na explained everything, and Yeol felt like his world was falling apart. "I met her in Amalfi, but I didn't recognised her?" he felt the guilt and regret and thinking how much pain that he gave her on those moments.

Jin Seola who's standing behind the door overheard the conversation and felt sad but accepted that Yeol's heart now only belonged to Mi Cha.

As he sat alone in his room, Yeol couldn't help but think about Mi Cha and the love they had shared in the past and in Amalfi. He knew that he needed to make a decision, but he didn't know if he was ready to face Mi Cha after all the pain he caused her.

After almost 6- months;
Yeol and Mi Cha never had any communication since he left Amalfi, Mi Cha decided to move with her life. One day, Rina arrived at the renovation site in Amalfi and saw Mi Cha packing up her things at her Café. "Mi Cha-ssi, what are you doing here?" Rina asked, surprised to see her.

As shocked seeing Rina in Amalfi, "Rina-ssi?..."

"I'm leaving Amalfi. It's time for me to vacate the place..," Mi Cha replied, her voice steady.

Rina knew that she needed to tell Mi Cha the truth about Yeol's accident. "Mi Cha-ssi, there's something I need to tell you. The night of Yeol's accident, he was on his way to see you. He was going to tell you the truth about our arrange engagement, and probably will tell you how her really felt for you,.." Rina said, her voice shaking.
