Then they where set executed but together they got a pardon

He can use ninjutsu to manipulate the wind around him to enhance his strikes by either making a punch that can break through anything or a blade that can cut through anything
He has a variety of other techniques too but one thing he can't do is manipulate wind too kill by suffocating he probably could but he doesn't want too and he's not sure how he would
And he's also able to see, sense and manipulate ki or as the tensen call it Tao
