It wasn't meant to be

Authors note, I'm sorry it's been a while since I posted last, but I haven't had that great of a motivation to chapter and I have a chapter it just took me a while to finally find it so I hope you like it but also do not be mad that I did this it will be worth it when you realize what I'm going to do later and the chapters after this

Erin's pov: it's been about three months since one of the worst days I had in a while where I was supposed to be meeting with a CI someone I was supposed to trust and I ended up getting kidnapped but luckily my team found me before I got hurt real bad, and I was able to see my two favorite boys again thank God. That night when I got home I decided to ask Jay instead of him just staying over majority of the night, but still having his apartment that he should just move in and he of course said yes so now we have been living together for three whole months as a family. Ryder is so much happier with having Jay around all the time right now Jay is making dinner while me and Ryder are playing with like those together

RD= dad is dinner done yet
J= it will be done here in a few minutes, so be patient Ryder
RD= OK Dad
E= hey buddy why don't you go get washed up for dinner
RD= all right mom ( he leaves)
E= so what are you making us for dinner tonight?
J= well I'm making lobster linguine with pesto sauce
E= that sounds so good I can't wait to eat it
J= oh yeah and for dessert I made some lemon and chocolate chip cookies
E= oh, those sounds so good I'm so glad I made you my househusband
J= oh really you are
RD= all right I am all washed up. Please tell me dinner is done now.
E= ( laughs) yes dinner is done just sit down and I'll bring you your plate
RD= all right mom
J= he is just like you with having no patience on waiting on things to get done
E= wait no way he isn't like me I'm a very patient person
J= oh, he is so like you babe ( kiss) so here is the plate go and feed the boy
E= fine I'll go feed him ( to Ryder ) here is your food, sir
RD= why thanks, mom

We all sit down and eat this amazing dinner that Jay cooked while Ryder tell us about his day later that night Ryder goes to sleep once he was asleep. We also go to sleep, but after we play a little round of Scrabble the next morning, I actually woke up before Jay but it's probably because I woke up super nauseous and had to end up running to the bathroom to throw up I was in there for about five minutes when all of a sudden the bathroom door opens.

J= hey babe are you OK?
E= yeah I'm OK I'm sorry. Did I wake you?
J= well kind of I reached over and you weren't there and I saw the bathroom light on so I came to check on you
E= oh yeah well I woke up and all of a sudden had to get sick
J= oh no, I hope you are OK
E= thanks so my stomach must not be sitting right this morning
J= could it be something bad you ate?
E= I don't think so because the last thing I ate were the pasta and the cookies you made us and you don't seem like you are sick neither does Ryder does
J= no I feel fine I hope it's just a one time thing and hopefully you aren't sick again
E= yeah let's hope so

I feel better the rest of the day for the next few days. I still wake up and have to get sick every every single morning.

J= I think you should go to the doctor you've been sick for the last week
E= I know I should but I only sick for the morning time so it can't be that bad
J= but still you shouldn't be sick
E= I know, but I hate the doctors
J= I know I don't think I ever seen you sick at all so when was the last time you were sick like this?
E= I don't know it's been a while I think the last time I was sick ( thinks ) oh my God
J= what are you thinking?
E= OK don't freak out it's just a theory I have that just came into my head
J= OK I'll try not to freak out but please tell me soon because I'm kinda freaking out now just by you telling me don't freak out
E= OK so the last time I felt sick when I found out I was pregnant with Ryder
J= wait are you saying that you might be pregnant
E= I think so. It makes sense with me only being sick in the morning and feeling fine throughout the rest of the day.
J= so what should we do like call Doctor or what Erin
E= um maybe right now you go to the drugstore and buy me a couple of pregnancy test to see if I was right
J= all right I can do that
E= thanks babe
