'She's holding my hand!' Sanzu thought happily but then noticed the distressed look on her face. 'ohh-- Not the time! Damn it!'

"Haru, do you see who's over there?" Den whispered again as he cautiously glanced on their far left side.

Sanzu who was confused then asked. "Who are you talking about?"

Den who was a bit shaken carefully pointed out the way of the table quite far from them. Mikey, the man, her husband who stood her up was here, but his presence was not alone—it was accompanied by a woman clad in a striking red dress. "My husband, Manjiro, he's with Rika." She said as bad thoughts overcame her mind. She had bad thoughts that she could not help to think now that she knew what happened between them.

Haruchiyo, realizing the situation held her hand tighter. "Oh shit, I see... But! Let's not jump to conclusions okay? Maybe something is up? A mission apparently? You know things???" Sanzu said to lighten the mood.

"Yeah? A mission? Is a dinner with that woman considered a mission to you?" Den asked. As far as she was concerned whenever they had a mission she would know as Koko would inform her and Guini. Mikey rarely went to one in the first place so if this is a mission, this might be a big one that's why she is not aware of it. But why would Sanzu not know any of it?

On the other hand, Haruchiyo then remembered that the Haitani duo had given him a file about the mission. He read it. But as he was not included in it, he merely scanned a few pages which he always does.

But oh boy, such bad habits bite him like a bitch.

'I knew it, we went on the wrong branch.'

"Of course not..
." Sanzu mumbled.

"Where another woman links her hands like a snake to another man be considered a mission?" Den suddenly said not hearing what Haruchiyo just said as she suddenly saw Rika linking her arms to Mikey's.

"Well, Mikey needs to escort the woman out right? Like a gentleman?" Haruchiyo defended as he also carefully looked at their table. Den then thinks... if she were imagining things out of jealousy or what.

"Well, escorting aside does it include for them to need to be seated next to each other and whispering to each other's ears?" Den said as she crossed her arms.

"Well..." Haruchiyo said as he was thinking of a great excuse.

'Damn it. Of all time, why now?'
