Nightlight

You save us from the pain of Storytime, 

You watch over and keep us safe like daylight, 

Allowing us to sleep without fear of our worst dreams. 

You keep us from the monsters under our beds, that are truly in our heads. 

Thank you for shining a light on the dark of the night, 

Thank you for keeping our minds at ease and protecting us while we get zzz's. 

All jokes aside, we all remember how you saved our lives. 

Thank you our friend. 

Our first to love us, with no end.
