Walking to our "turf", as other people outside our group called it, to see the dance studio 201 with around 20 dancers and Jun Ki at the front teaching them a dance routine for their class, I stopped to watch. My younger self would think that what I have now is a blow to the moon.

Having her own crew, a building with studios where the classes will be held that will help dancers, to be specific, young dancers, with achievements and recognition from other dancers.

It's been years since I achieved this with the help and support of my friends and family, but up until now, I still can't believe it.

I never really saw this coming when I left my old group back in 2013, but then again, I am surrounded by a very talented and loyal group of people that grounds me.

I waved my hand once I saw that Jun Ki noticed me and gestured to him to go to the 4th floor, where our own studios and couple offices are located.

Once I have contacted and notified my members for a meeting, I play music and let the music move my body.

"Yup, this is what I need. This is the reason why I am still here dancing. That feeling of being loose and letting the beat and rhythm move my body is what I need."

It didn't take that long for my friends to come barging inside the studio I am in and hear their very loud conversation as if they owned the place. I mean, they are kind of, but you know what I mean.

Stopping what I am doing, I sit on the floor and wait for them to do the same.

"I will never understand the reason why you always sit on the floor when you buy that very comfortable couch yourself," said Nari, after pointing to the "very comfortable couch" beside me but still sitting on the floor.

I just rolled my eyes at her and pushed my laptop in the middle for them to see the reason why I called them.

"So, I got an email," I said, looking around at every one of my friends.

"I mean, you have always been getting emails regarding anything about dancing every hour, so what's with this email that made you call a meeting?" said Jin while doing his shoelace that Jun Ki untied.

"Why don't you all read it?" I said, smirking.

I found the email and let them read it.

The message is just a short one. It only has 10 sentences that you can read in under 5 minutes, but the silence took too long before the content of the message was processed in their minds.

"WHAT THE FUCK~! Are you fucking serious about that? Do they really invite us to participate in the show?"

That is the only thing that I understood, and I didn't even know who said it when they started talking. I can't even call it talking because of the screams, screeches, and other noises they created because of the news.

"I mean, that's what the email said. They are inviting Luster Nyx to participate in the second season of Street Woman Fighter, and that is also the reason why I call this meeting for."

"Are we going to participate, unnie?" Bora asked, smiling from ear to ear.

She's been a fan of the show since the first season, and it's no wonder that she's really excited for this.

"I am going to ask you all if you are in for this, and then I will go from there. So, I assume that you all wanted to go, so I'm going to send Mnet back an email saying that we agree," I said, looking them in the eyes and seeing a confirmation of what I have said.

I compose a message saying that we agreed and all and send it.

Well, I guess this year's going to be a roller coaster of feelings. There is nothing I can really say, for I know that they can all do it and have the talent and attitude for the show.

"So Nyx are going to be a part of the SWF," I said once I sent the email and stood up.

All of them rejoice in the news. All are very happy, making me smile.

"We just confirm everything, and we kind of know how the show goes, so for every help the girls need, small things or what, we should talk all about it and come up with the best solutions to anything that Nyx are going to face during the show," I said, looking at them and seeing the profound determination and excitement coming from them.

"You know that you can count on us when it comes to our game," said Jin with assurance that they got it because I know that once the show starts filming, the girls will not have their 100 percent focus on what is happening to the studios, especially since some of our friends who became part of the first season said that this show is totally different and very tiring from what we always do and that at one point they even prefer going to competitions than filming the show.

"Nari, MJ, JiA, Bora, Eun, Hee, and Ji Woo will participate in Street Woman Fighter 2 as the members of Nyx. And based on the email, Nyx needs to prepare a routine for the evaluation that the other crews will watch," I said, confirming things with my friends while taking note of everything that I have said and will say in the meeting.

"Huh? What do you mean by that, unnie? Just the seven of us?" Ji Woo, the youngest, said, looking very confused by what I had said.

"Yes?" I said, looking up from my laptop to see nine pairs of eyes looking straight at me.

"The fuck are you saying, Y/N? We agreed because all of us will be in for hell, not just us," said Nari.

"Can't you talk without cursing every time?" I said.

"Well? You are our leader, so hell with you not joining us."

"She's right, Y/N. It's always been all of us or not, and because this show is for women, Jin and I can't really join, so it's going to be you guys," said Jun Ki, agreeing with Nari.

"Aww, you guys love me," I said, giving them the best puppy eyes I can master.

"Stop! It doesn't fucking suit your towering build. You're going to make me puke," said Nari, retching in her place.

"Bitch," I said, rolling my eyes at her.

"Your bitch? Nah, I don't swing your way, babe."

"Ughh~ The heck, Nari. But in all seriousness, so it's going to be the eight of us while the boys will have more work? I'm all in for that," I said, making sure who's going to participate in the show.

"Who said you're going to slack and give us your workload? If I'm going to remind you, you are the "founder" and "president" here, and our signatures are not that important regarding our paperwork," said Jun Ki.

"Yeah, right. I thought that I was going to have a free few months without reading and signing things. Why do we even have that kind of thing? When we just really need to have classes, students, and a studio," I whine to them when I know that I kind of enjoy doing all that office work.

"Says someone who's a nerd," said Hee, playing with her phone.

"Anyways, with all that being confirmed, we only have a month before the filming starts and a week before we need to send the evaluation routine, so let's all ease for the rest of this day and have a go at it tomorrow at 10 a.m."

All of us agreed to what I had said and bid goodbye to each other after making sure that we had talked about everything we needed before going home.

Here's to the new challenges in our lives as dancers and as a group.

Street Woman Fighter 2? I guess this is it.
