"Mom!" Mei yelled "Where's my yellow top?"
"In your closet!" She screamed from the living room
"It isn't"
"It is"
"Mom I searched for it and nothing"
"Mei you'll make me move from the couch... if it's there you're grounded" her mom warned her so before she spoke she check again if the top was there
"Please ! Hua is outside waiting for me" how any mother would react, her mom came and within seconds she found the yellow top, before she could say anything. Mei took the top and ran away.
"Mei! Why are you running?" Hua asked
"Mom... punishment"
"The usual" Hua rolled her eyes "where do you wanna go?"
"That coffee near uni, the strawberry tea is amazing" Mei told grabbing her hand
"You went on a date with that boy?" Hua asked
"Hmm no. Didn't feel like it" Hua glared at her "I rejected him respectfully"
"Why I don't believe that..." Hua said
"I said I didn't want a pretty boy I want someone who makes me feel something"
"He was hot" she said but Mei shrugged
"Didn't do anything for me"
"You're gonna die single" Hua laughed " still hung up on him?"
"I just haven't found any boy like him"
"He left honey, move on" Hua said before noticing a crowd of people outside the coffee
"Wow strawberry tea got popular.I'll guess we'll have to fight for it? Oh didn't brought my favorite knife" Mei said pouting
"You're so weird" Hua laughed "but I really hope you're kidding"
"I'm just gonna call Chao Xing if she wants something" Mei said going away from the crowd to get some quiet
As she was walking, someone bump at her making her phone fall
"Fuck" she whispered "if it's broken you're paying a new one" she said not even looking at the person
"Mei?" She heard a soft voice making her look up, she would recognized that face immediately
"Jun?" She said but he put his hand on top of her mouth
"They can hear you" he pointed at the crowd
"They're here for you? You got a lot of fans now"
"I just wanted some tea, but someone recognized me and led to this. You look.... Amazing"
"Wow gentlemen as always. You look good as well. Fame has done you good" she smiled " why are you here?"
"Came visit my parents and had some things to do"
"Always hustling" she giggled "even when we were kids you always had something on your sleeve"
"It was usual some bug to scare you" he smiled
"It never work thought" she laughed " I would scare you"
"All my life there's only one person who scared me" he said "the one and only Mei"
"How have you been? You went to Korea and we stopped talking"
"I change numbers and then well life happen, I was so busy with debut and all. Do you hear our songs?"
"Some..." she laughed "I don't want your ego to go through the roof"
"And you?"
"Just finish college"
"That's amazing Mei" he said before his phone went off "fuck... I need to go"
"Sure. It was nice to see you" she smiled
"Can you give me your number?" He asked " I'm going away tomorrow but we could... talk?"
She nodded while he reach his phone to her, she heard Hua call her name.
"I also need to go..." she looked hesitant about leaving " it was really good seeing you"
"What Chao Xing said? We're next" Hua asked
"I didn't called her, you won't believe it.... I just saw my childhood friend"
"You're kidding me" she said looking to Mei came from " Jun is here?"
"Apparently he is" she said smiling
"You're glowing you know that?"
"NO I'M NOT" she yelled "let's just call Chao Xing"
After the girl's day, Mei entered her house ready for her punishment but her mom was in a good mood watching a movie with her dad.
Already in her pijamas, Mei was scrolling in her phone when suddenly she received a text
