Uzi had no idea how long she was part of a N and V sandwich, but it wasn't something Uzi was in any rush to stop. Just being close to them again was a wonderful feeling between her eighteen years as Doorman and the time between then and the Manor incident Uzi had no idea how long it had really been, thinking about that time made her processor hurt at all she had missed with the two. N's ever-present optimism, always able to brighten any sour mood just by seeing his smile, and V, just V being her timid friendly self. Without them, Uzi could see that there had been a hole in what could pass as a heart, not just one hole but several holes each shaped like her family.

Uzi looked over towards J and saw the smirk on the pig-tailed drone's face, oh Uzi knew that smirk on J's face it was a tell-tale smirk when J was about to start riling her up. Trying to squirm her way out of the embrace she was in Uzi watched as J sauntered over to them and bent down coming face-to-face with her, Uzi couldn't get herself out of the cuddle pile N and V had trapped her in as J leaned in forward just being only a few inches from Uzi's face.

"Good to see your stutters gone," J's smirk widened as she stared down into Uzi's optics, "Though, I gotta say you still being a toaster means you are perfectly travelled sized for long haul business trips," J kept the smirk on her face and reached out a finger giving Uzi a playful boop were if she had been human a nose would have been.

Uzi's eyes went wide at J's implication, in the back of her processor she could hear Cyn giggling at J's dig at Uzi's height in relation to her own. N's and V's. Uzi's optics narrowed as a smile graced her lips, "Bite me you corporate shill," Being able to banter again with J felt right to Uzi and she was grateful for it.

Her gratefulness lasted only a split second as she suddenly realized J had deliberately said that loud enough for N and V to hear, Uzi knew V probably wouldn't react much to it but N in all his overly cheerful loveable goofballness would. Uzi could practically feel N's grin as he kept her in a tight hug.

"Ooooh J's right Uzi!" N exclaimed keeping the now struggling smaller drone in a tight hug and bouncing on the spot, V having taken a step back to watch N's keep the much smaller worker drone struggling to get out of his grip, "You are such an adorable size now!"

"N!" Uzi protested freeing a hand to press under his chin in an attempt to force him off of her, "Stop! You're being embarrassing!" While she tried to sound like she was mortified by what he was doing, Uzi could stop some mirth from sneaking into her voice once, "I'm not a toy!"

But N just ignored her and continued to squeeze her tight taking a seat in one of the landing pods seats, making sure to keep Uzi in his lap resting his head on the top of her head contently. "How did you get here Uzi?" N asked the question the three disassembly drones were asking.

Uzi bit her bottom lip wondering how best to explain what had happened, she didn't want to burden them with knowledge that would unintentionally hurt them. Taking a steading breath, Uzi looked between the three of them, "Does anyone remember what happened the night of the gala?" her voice was soft and quiet, far softer and quieter than they could remember it being.

"I do," J spoke up her eyes not meeting anyone else's as she looked down at the floor, "I remember the entire thing, it was an insider trade back hostile takeover," J ground out threw clenched teeth.

"More than you realise J," Uzi agreed getting a shocked look back from the twin-tailed drone, "Something used us all to do something, it did things to you all while it had you under its thrall," Uzi looked at them all, seeing their yellow optics into a sickly yellow but a soft flat yellow. "It used all of us for something."

"You mean Cyn," J deadpanned staring at Uzi, "The little monster was the real cause of what happened."

Uzi winced feeling Cyn shrink down in the back of her mind, she stifled the feeling of anger that rose at J's blame for Cyn, now wasn't the time for it, she needed to explain what she had been able to figure out what to do next.
