Chapter 5

"And Vansh why did you tell her the answer?" Anirudh sir asked Vansh and I heard Dhani mumbling

"Because he is a monkey.."

"Dhani..." Anirudh sir scolded her

"I was talking about Rutherford Bhai.." Dhani said and I pressed my lips to not giggle

"I thought she wanted to check her answer is correct or not sir.." Vansh said while scowling angrily at Dhani

"Riya if you find anything difficult you ask me but cheating is not the option..now go and solve it again.." Anirudh sir said and he continued to teach us for another half an hour in which I kept stealing glances of him

The way he calmly taught everyone without getting irritated or angry, and the way he would walk to Dhani time to time and look angrily at her which was funny, and the way he would try to suppress his smile at Dhani's silly jokes, and the way he appreciatively nodded at me while checking my answers,the way his lips move, and the way his hairs blew with wind, everything about him made me feel something weird in my chest..

And I didn't even realised when the clock hit 8 and everyone started to pack there bags..

"Everyone your midterm exams are in about 15 days and there are going to be 8 chapters in total..and we haven't gotten enough time to learn the whole syllabus so I am just going to teach you all the important topics and formulas but you also have to make sure that you learn everything after going home and solve as many numericals as you can.. Numericals can score you a lot of marks..so work on it..revise whatever I taught I will ask questions tomorrow..you all can go now.." Anirudh sir said and everyone packed their bags and rushed out

I also stood up with my bag and walked out of the terrace, Anirudh Sir's house wasn't big there was a small garden before the entrance and then living room, a small kitchen and two rooms and then the terrace..

"Hey!! Excuse me..long hair girl.." I heard Dhani's voice and turned around looking at her when she came rushing towards me

"Your name is Bondita?" She asked me raising her brows

"Yes why?" I asked

"Here, Bhai gave this pen to me to give you, you forgot it at the terrace.." she said forwarding me the pen and I took it

"Oh thankyou.." I said politely

"By the way..that monkey came along with you right?" She asked me and I nodded amused

"Yeah!! He is my twin brother.." I said with an amused smile

"What? Twin brother? You two don't even look alike..I mean look at you you are so pretty and him? He looks like duffer monkey.." she said seriously and I giggled

"Anyways tell him to not forget about my chocolate or else I may do something 'accidentally'..." She said and I looked behind Dhani where stood my brother with his hands inside his pants pockets

But Dhani obviously didn't knew about it and turned around her head bumping into Vansh's and she stumbled and fell down on her butt..

"Looks like you love floor a little too much.." Vansh said smirking and forwarded his hand to Dhani

But she glared at him and swatted his hand away before standing up on her own

"Why were you standing behind me? You creep.." She yelled furiously

"Oh..I just thought to give you your chocolate..here.." Vansh said and pulled out a 1 ruppee chocolate from his pocket forwarding it towards Dhani

"What? You are giving me a one ruppee chocolate? Do I look like a kid to you?" Dhani asked taking a step towards Vansh

"Well you act like one.." Vansh said shrugging and Dhani wrapped her hands around Vansh's neck before bumping her head into his again

"Ahh..are you mad?" Vansh asked while closing his eyes and rubbing his head

"I don't want horns on my head..and keep your chocolate to yourself..I was thinking of forgiving you with one chocolate but now I will teach you a lesson..you arrogant little monkey..just wait and watch.." She said glaring at Vansh and walked inside her house

"Mad, that one is..I am telling you Bondita.." Vansh said still rubbing his head

"Why do you even have to fight with her? And 1 rupee chocolate seriously?" I asked him while rolling my eyes

"So what? She didn't that she wanted a Cadbury silk, she wanted a chocolate and I was giving her one.." Vansh said and I looked at him making faces

"Wow, Vansh you are going to die single.." I said and turned around to walk back to our house looking at the pen I realised that Anirudh sir remembered my pen...

Can you believe it? He remembered my pen..

"Oye!! Don't jinx my marriage..and wait for me.." Vansh yelled but I couldn't care less because I was dancing in my delulu world

'He remembered my pen..'

'because he was teaching you with the same pen'

My subconscious mind reminded

'oh..shut up..stay happy and let me stay happy as well..'

And the whole night I kept rewinding how he carefully taught me, how he looked at me amusedly when I bumped into him, the smell of his manly cologne, the way he was calm and soft...

And I don't know when I fell asleep while thinking about him holding the pen tightly near my chest which was fluttering..
