62. Überraschung für die Cousine Teil 2

Es ist Mittwoch und das heißt? Richtig! Heute ist Kapiteltag!!

Verwendeter Song: We don't Talk about Bruno

Samira machte sich nach einigen Minuten, die sie mit Finn genoss, auf den Weg auf die Bühne. Der Vorhang war wieder runtergelassen, so dass sie sich in Position stellen konnte. Sie kannte Encanto und sie liebte „Waiting on a Miracle" deswegen wolle sie das dieser Auftritt wirklich lobenswert war. Die Musik setzte ein und das war ihr Zeichen.

„Don't be upset or mad at all, Don't feel regret, or sad at all, Hey, I'm still a part of the family Madrigal, And I'm fine, I am totally fine, I will stand on the side as you shine, I'm not fine, I'm not fine" sang sie und bewegte sich natürlich dazu. Der Vorhang wurde hochgezogen und man sah Samira als Mirabel verkleidet.

„I can't move the mountains, I can't make the flowers bloom, I can't take another night, Up in my room, Waiting on a miracle, I can't heal what's broken, Can't control the morning rain or a hurricane, Can't keep down the unspoken invisible pain, Always waiting on a miracle, a miracle" Samira legte wirklich Herzblut in diesen Auftritt, denn sie konnte den Schmerz den Mirabel mit diesen Song ausdrückte sehr gut nachvollziehen.

„Always walking alone, Always wanting for more, Like I'm still at that door, Longing to shine like all of you shine, All I need is a change, All I need is a chance, All I know is I can't, Stay on the side, Open your eyes, Open your eyes, Open your eyes" Im Hintergrund lief das entsprechende Video ab und Samiras Tanz passte perfekt dazu.

„I would move the mountains, Make new trees and flowers grow, Someone please just let me know, Where do I go, I am waiting on a miracle, A miracle, I would heal what's broken, Show this family something new, Who I am inside, So what can I do?, I'm sick of waiting on a miracle, so here I go!" Sie sang mit viel Überzeugung, denn eine Zeitlang hatte auch sie immer auf ein Wunder gehofft.

„I am ready!, Come on, I'm ready!, I've been patient and steadfast and steady!, Bless me now as you blessed us all those years ago, When you gave us a miracle" Sie bezog diesen Text auch ein bisschen auf sich und den Glee Club in Zeiten, wo sie kein Glück hatten.

„Am I too late for a miracle?" sie beendete den Song mit einer sanften Stimme und verbeugte sich Lächelnd, was ihr Applaus einbrachte. Sie zwinkerte Jolina zu, bevor sie von der Bühne verschwand und dem nächsten Pärchen Platz machte.

Tina und Mike sangen von High School Musical „Breaking Free" und dann folgten Mercedes und Sam mit „This is me" von Camp Rock.

Die größte Herausforderung kam nach „This is me". Es war „We don't talk About Bruno" ebenfalls von Encanto. Dieser Song war eine recht große Gruppennummer und so gut wie jeder hatte seinen Auftritt.

Diesmal war das Bühnenbild ein völlig anderes, sie hatten sich sogar entschlossen beide Bühnen, die die Schule besaß, zu benutzen. Jeder nahm seinen Platz ein.

Kurt, Blaine und Samira standen zusammen.

„We don't talk About Bruno, no, no, no! We don't talk about Bruno... but It was my wedding day" sang er mit einer Geste, die symbolisieren sollte nicht über denjenigen zu reden.

„It was our wedding day" wiederholte Blaine.

„We were getting ready, and there wasn't a cloud in the sky" sang Kurt und bewegte sich entsprechen der Musik dazu.

„No clouds allowed in the sky" sang Blaine.

„Bruno walks in with a mischievous grin" sang Kurt und hielt Kontakt zu Samira.

„Thunder!" sang Blaine mit einer tiefen Stimme und im Hintergrund hörte man Donner.

„You telling this Story, or am I?" Kurt „schlug" in einer Drehung nach Blaine, doch der hielt ihm am Arm fest und sag: „I'm sorry, mi vida, go on" was Kurt zum Grinsen brachte.

„Bruno says, "It looks like rain"" tanzte Kurt singend.

„Why did he tell us?" fragte Blaine singend in Samiras Richtung.

„In doing so, he floods my brain" der junge Hummel machte eine dramatische Geste.

„Abuela, get the umbrellas", „Married in a hurricane", „What a joyous day... but anyway" sangen Blaine und Kurt im Wechsel und „We don't talk about Bruno, no, no, no! We don't talk about Bruno!" zusammen, bevor sie verschwanden, um für Quinn Platz zu machen, die aus dem Nichts auftauchte.

„Hey! Grew to live in fear of Bruno stuttering or stumbling. I could always hear him sort of muttering. and mumbling, I associate him with the sound of falling sand, ch-ch-ch. It's a heavy lift, with a gift so humbling. Always left Abuela and the family fumbling. Grappling with prophecies they couldn't understand. Do you understand?" Quinn tänzelte um Samira rum und wirbelte sie zurück als sie abhauen wollt.

In der nächsten Szene tauchte Finn im grünen Poncho auf und sang: „A seven-foot frame. Rats along his back. When he calls your name. It all fades to black. Yeah, he sees your dreams. And feasts on your screams"

„We don't talk about Bruno, no, no, no! We don't talk about Bruno, no, no, no! We don't talk about Bruno. We don't talk about Bruno!"

„He told me my fish would die. The next day dead!"  ertönte Brittanys Stimme die aus dem Nichts auftachte.

No, no!

„He told me I'd grow a gut! And just like he said.." ertönte Antonios Gesang, auch er tauchte aus einer anderen Ecke auf genau wie Puck singend auftauchte: „He said that All my hair would disappear, now look at my head"

no, no! Hey!

„Your fate is sealed when your prophecy is read!" kam es von allen die sich um Samira positionierten und fokussierten Rachel die an einer Schaukel heruntergelassen wurde.

„He told me that the life of my dreams would be promised, and someday be mine

He told me that my power would grow, like the grapes that thrive on the vine" sang sie ganz Isabella Like was Samira dazubrachte wie Mirabel die Augen zu verdrehen.

„He told me that the man of my dreams would be just out of reach. Betrothed to another. It's like I hear him now" ertönte Santanas Stimme von einer anderen Ecke.

„Hey sis', I want not a sound out of you" sang Rachel ging mit erhobenen Finger auf Samira zu, ehe sie sich abwendete.

„It's like I can hear him now. I can hear him now" kam es herzzerreißend von Santana.

Samira sah hin und her und sang hin und her gerissen: „Um, Bruno...Yeah, about that Bruno...I really need to know about Bruno...Gimmie the truth and the whole truth, Bruno"

Die nächsten Textzeilen waren überlappend.

„Don't talk about Bruno, no!" sangen alle bis auf Samira von ihr kam zweifelnd „Why did I talk about Bruno?"

„Not a word about Bruno!" kam es nochmal mit Nachdruck.

„I never should've brought up Bruno!" das letzte Wort sang Samira langgezogen und die New Directions versammelten sich, um sich zu verbeugen.

Es ertönte tobender Applaus und einige wünschten sich auch eine Zugabe, leider war die Aufführung streng durch getaktet, so dass das leider nicht ging. Schnellen Schrittes verschwanden sie hinter die Bühne, denn es waren gleich die nächsten mit dem nächsten Auftritt dran.
