One month have passed, and this is the day yibo and Sean have been stressing on...this is the day that they felt like wishing to never exist on calendars...this is it!

Sean stood up straight with his posture perfect, looking like a king with his majestic all black suit in the middle of that wide garden. The garden of his parents house...

You heard it right, he's on his parents house, at the garden. Alone!

His mother and father we're busy welcoming and chattering with the coming family members and some guests...

He's used to it, as this is the first time their seeing some of the members for quite a long period of time. The Xiao family is wide and all of them are successful on their own field, just like how successful Sean is on his business.

They're always busy and their schedules are always packed because of their work. And this Xiao family reunion can just be held twice or ones every year

And actually, Sean is grateful that his parents have a great amount of relatives to take care of...because he can be alone at this garden without any of either his mother or father pestering him about things and they're busy enough to bother go drag him inside the mansion and make him flirt with the guest ladies

He can be alone and think of any ways to escape the upcoming hell of event

Sean's original plan was to tell and convince his daughter to break up with yibo so that there relationship will be no longer complicated and hard. But things didn't go well as he planned

He promised to yibo that he will handle things and the younger don't have to worry about anything else, however, everytime he face cheng xiao and about to tell things, his tounge get tied and he can't even utter any incoherent word, he's stuttering words and he just admit defeat.

"Papa,you call me?" Cheng Xiao asked as she enter her father's office.

Sean have commanded his secretary to call her daughter and tell her to come at the company as soon as possible. And as expected, Cheng Xiao, his daughter, is already Infront of him within less than an hour

"Y-es...take a seat,you might be tired" he immediately make cheng xiao sit at the small couch at the corner of his office. His hands were shaking unconsciously and cheng xiao felt it

"Papa you okay"

Of course he's not, all of him were vibrating because of nervousness and anticipation. He's not okay!

"Why would I not" he dismissed the idea and instead braced himself for what things his mouth would reveal soon

"Okay...? So,what did you call me for papa?" Cheng Xiao asked

"You see...uhh...ehem"

Sweat started forming across his forehead. He's a bundle of nerves inside, opposite of his daughter which is all calm

"W-wang yibo..." He stutter

Argh! Why does everytime it's about his kid, Sean is acting different and not himself... he's always composed inside out, even when facing his rival at business world... But not when it comes to yibo, is this what happened when you're in love?

"What about yibo? Do you have something to tell papa?" He can see cheng xiao bit her lip...maybe she's confused and nervous at what will he say next

"Yibo...h-he"

"Pa...?"

"He..uh"

"Pa"

"I have a meeting, talk to you some other time" then Sean flew out of his office, far away from his daughter...

He can't and damn it!

If he just faced everything and didn't become a weakling then maybe he's not here, feeling his heartbeat more on his head than his chest, can't think of any solution out, panicking at his daughter's words moment ago

"Cheng xiao,get inside the car now. We don't want to be late aren't we?" He mumbled waiting for cheng xiao to get in the car as he wait at the back seat of the said car

He saw cheng xiao walking out of the mansion wearing his beautiful dress, and she's carrying a pair of luxurious tuxedo on her left arm. What's with the other pair of tuxedo???

Sean can't help but to ask her, "why do you have that?"

"Papa you can go straight at grandfather's place, I'll fetch yibo"

And before he can even interrupt, cheng xiao have already went with her own car. Sean wanted to follow but his phone suddenly ring and it's a call from his mother

He's contemplating on what to do

"Sir, we might get late if we do not leave now" it's their personal driver who spoke

Sean nooded hesitantly and they left

"Grandpa! Grandma!"

Its cheng xiao for sure, even though he's on the garden, Sean is sure that it's his daughter's voice...

"Our dearest cheng xiao~"

That's the assurance...Sean immediately makes his feet move towards the main door of the house, using his long limbs for his advantage.  Every step he took, the thump of his heart grow stronger...he can't already hear what's happening around him, he's just walking straight, and not minding if someone's negotiating a talk with him

He don't know anymore, he is like moving forward automatically...

Sean can now see his parents back and a glimpse of cheng xiao but he can't see him...is he not with her? He hope so

Sean's voice is trembling as he spoke, "ma,pa"

The three turns their head towards him, but only he sees is the figure of that boy he don't want to be here...

Yibo looks so ethereal with that tuxedo, and he's more than happy to see him if just the situation is different...he wanted to run and hug yibo, take him away from his daughter and confessed their relationship...and if his parents disagree, then he will ran with yibo on his arms. They will go away and live their life to the fullest without worrying about anything, he have money and a company to support them on their whole life and the next 5 more lifetime

"Papa" cheng xiao ran to him and hugged him. But he didn't feel the warmth

"Son" "zhan zhan" his parents called him, but coldness seeped through his bones

"Uh...Good evening mr. X-xiao" his kid addressed him and Sean can't take it anymore

Sean removed cheng xiao from him and take a step forward, forward to yibo

"I have something to confessed!"
