Scratching his body aimlessly, Cheng yawns thrice times.

“You should get prepared --

“GOD!!" Falling on his butts.

“It's me your brother's doctor. You should get prepared we have to go." Sipping his tea. His face all white due to the single bulb that's illuminating the sitting room.

“Are you really doctor Wang?" Standing up. “Can you switch on the lights. I'm scared of the dark." Attaching his body with the wall.

“You have to get used with it. I don't like being exposed in the light like this. Okay, you have to get ready, your brother is awake. But they made him rest again. There is breakfast, you'll eat before we leave." Leaving no room for Cheng to argue he left upstairs already dressed.

“Why is he aloof today?" Shaking his head, he matched back while massaging his butt.

“It's food poisoning." A male nurse gives yibo the results.

“But why food poison all of a sudden?" He asks himself looking at Cheng who is all pale having to wait for the drip to finish.

“Did you eat anything uneatable or the food that has gone bad?" Asks yibo.

“Doctor Wang, my brother is sick. And now I'm sick like this after eating your food. I don't know who will look after my brother." Worriedly speaks Cheng.

“Was the food that bad?....

Flashback

Cheng after preparing himself went directly to have breakfast. Seconds yibo joined him though he was with a cup of coffee already.

First bite his tongue almost dried from too much chili.

The second taste from the tomato and avocado salad, too there was a lot of salt.

But the last bomb was the meat that already went bad thanks to it's burnt smell and GoOd appearance making it eye catching.

A great bomb is that even the tea had salt instead of sugar.

Cheng smiled all the way praising the food that it was nice but he'd love to never eat something like that again.

And the legend is that he pooped all the way to the hospital stopping now and then the moment his stomach did taekwondo.

Finally he was dehydrated and needed drip to be stabilized.

“You should have---

“Your energy was wasted there. Even if you don't have your own food made by yourself still you tried to make me something so I don't come with an empty stomach. Thank you." Smiles with his ghostly face.

“Rest. I'll come to take you after your brother wakes up but that too after your IV is finished." Taking his stethoscope yibo leaves.

This doctor doesn't have any remorse. Groans Cheng starring at the IV.

Checking on his vitals apart from him are three doctors and two nurses all of them wearing hospital masks. Proceeding with filling the chart Cheng was already watching at his brother.

And finally Xiao stirs.

Taking his time to adjust he could just see weird visions like faces with something crossing their mouths(masks) and they were surrounding him as if waiting for him to wake up which it's true.

“Mr Xiao.... Can you hear me? Raise your fingers if you do....

Xiao does so though he makes a fist.
