"Woah,"

"Wow,"

"Cool,"

"Beautiful,"

"Princess, you look stunning," Papa says and I smile.

"Alright, we are heading out. Are you coming now or later?" I ask

"We were waiting for you so now," Mom says

"Alright, I am taking my bike and Bella is riding with me. Jase will be driving my car and taking Mia and Trix," I tell them and they nod

"You have a bike?" Mick asks and I give him a dirty look

"Yes," I say coldly

"Alright let's get going," I say and we all head out.

15 Minutes Later

I pull into the school parking lot and park my car. I see my family and crew pull in parking right next to me. I look around to see the entire parking lot filled with cars.

"Alright, let's head in. You guys go in and take your seats," I say and they nod as me and my crew head in the opposite direction.

25 Minutes Later

Okay, we are the last act so hopefully, I pull this off.  I am really fucking excited. We ended up changing our set last minute, so we are freaking out a little.

"ALRIGHT NEXT UP IS PERSEPHONE GALANIS AND HER BAND!" We hear the principal announce and the crowd begins to clap as we head on stage. Bella goes to the drums, Mia and Trix on electric guitar, and me and Jase being vocals. I wrote this song, so hopefully, the crowd likes it. The band begins to play and Jase begins to sing as I back him up.

Ba-ya-ya, ba-da-da-da-da-da, ba-ya-ya
Ba-ya-ya, ba-da-da-da-da-da, ba-ya-ya
Ba-ya-ya, ba-da-da-da-da-da, ba-ya-ya
Ba-ya-ya, ba-da-da-da-da-da, ba-ya-ya

There used to be a greying tower alone on the sea
And you became the light on the dark side of me
Love remained a drug that's the high and not the pill

But did you know that when it snows
My eyes become large and
The light that you shine can't be seen?

Baby, I compare you to a kiss from a rose on the grey
Oh, the more I get of you, the stranger it feels, yeah
And now that your rose is in bloom
A light hits the gloom on the grey

Ba-ya-ya, ba-da-da-da-da-da, ba-ya-ya
Ba-ya-ya, ba-da-da-da-da-da, ba-ya-ya

I begin my verse smiling at Jase and looking back into the crowd to see my family watching me with smiles on their faces.

There is so much a man can tell you, so much he can say
You remain my power, my pleasure, my pain, baby
To me, you're like a growing addiction that I can't deny
Won't you tell me, is that healthy, baby?

But did you know that when it snows
My eyes become large and
The light that you shine can't be seen?

Jase starts to join in with me for the next verse.

Baby, I compare you to a kiss from a rose on the grey
Oh, the more I get of you, the stranger it feels, yeah
Now that your rose is in bloom
A light hits the gloom on the grey

Trix has her solo on guitar as we look at her she smiles at us. I am proud of her.

I've been kissed by a rose on the grey
I've been kissed by a rose on the grey
I've (And if I should fall) been kissed by a rose on the grey
I've been kissed by a rose on the grey

There is so much a man can tell you, so much he can say
You remain my power, my pleasure, my pain
To me you're like a growing addiction that I can't deny (Deny)
Won't you tell me, is that healthy, baby?

But did you know that when it snows
My eyes become large and
The light that you shine can't be seen?

Baby, I compare you to a kiss from a rose on the grey
Oh, the more I get of you, the stranger it feels, yeah
Now that your rose is in bloom
A light hits the gloom on the grey
Yes, I compare you to a kiss from a rose on the grey
Oh, the more I get of you, the stranger it feels, yeah
Now that your rose is in bloom
A light hits the gloom on the grey

Ba-ya-ya, ba-da-da-da-da-da, ba-ya-ya
Ba-ya-ya, ba-da-da-da-da-da, ba-ya-ya

Now that your rose is in bloom
A light hits the gloom on the grey
