Naruto walked for hours and the mist made it impossible to see suddenly a Kunai flew through the air toward Naruto he quickly reacted by dodging it Naruto yelled
"Who are you?"
The mysterious walked from the mist it was Utakata
"I could ask you the same question."
"I'm Naruto Uzumaki the jinkuriki of the nine tails and I'm here to talk."
Surprisingly Utakata believed him and came with him Naruto told him why he was there
When they came to the Hokage office he made Utakata his bodyguard Naruto went back home Sasuke Sakura and Kakashi were suspicious of Naruto being gone for hours once he got back he started doing D-rank missions after a few of them they went to C-rank missions their task was to protect a man named Tazuna he was to build a bridge in the land of waves The man wore a hat and held a jar of beer
"Are these the people that are supposed to protect me they don't look like much."
Naruto was mad at this statement he wanted to say something but wanted he to do the mission he went to his house and wrote a letter to Yagura concerning his going to the land of waves. After he did this Naruto got ready and came to the front gate they started making their journey but out in the middle of nowhere Tazuna and team 7 was attacked by two ninjas one threw a poisonous kunai at Tazuna but Naruto jumped in front of him the kunia stabed Naruto in the arm but he didn't care he did quick work of the attackers but the poison was still in his body Kakashi decided that Naruto would go home and they would continue without him but he took out his kunai and stabbed the blood out
"No! I'm not weak anymore I'm not a loser I can go on ."
Kakashi was surprised and let him go on with the mission he was also surprised at how fast he healed Tazuna finally told the truth
"This is an A-rank mission I lied cause I could only afford a C-rank mission."
Despite this Kakashi let them Go on. after a while Kakashi was attacked
"Kakashi of the Sharingan has come this low to protect a poor man."
Naruto was mad
"Who are you"
Kakashi spoke for him
"that's Zabuza the Demon of the mist"
Naruto didn't care and ran at Zabuza Zabuza Dodged and attacked Naruto he blocked Zabuza's attacks but they were getting too much soon enough Kakashi steeped in This is what Zabuza was waiting for he made a few hand signs and Kakashi realized he had fallen into a trap
"Water style water prison."
Kakashi was trapped in a water prison Zabuza made a clone to attack Naruto but he made quick work of the clone so Zabuza made a clone to hold the prison and attacked Naruto before he could a fireball flew at him it was Sasuke and he had the Sharingan Naruto and Saskue came up with a plan to stop him Saskue brought out a Demon wind shuriken and threw it Zabuza dodged it but realized that it was going toward the clone he quickly replaced himself with the clone and blocked it with a kunai Kurama was finally awake so Naruto could use his power he turned into intail jinchūriki form and punched Zabuza which sent him flying he quickly recovered and rushed at Naruto but out of the middle of knowhere kunas hit him and he seamed to be dead Naruto looked up to the source of the kunai and yelled
"What was that for we almost had him."
Kakashi told Naruto to calm down and rest as Kakashi was pretty injured Naruto himself realized he was so tired and he fell down and collapsed the mysterious figure picked up zabuzas body Kakashi knew something was wrong but they went on their way team seven came to Tazuna's town and rested Kakashi wondered if the seal was breaking or if he learned how to use the nine tails power and Who was that mysterious boy.
