already told you (i'm right here)

Start from the beginning

With a purposeful stride, [Name] retrieved their math textbook from the stack and placed it on the table. They regarded it with a mix of determination and a hint of disdain. Math was not their favorite subject, and they couldn't help but feel a tinge of frustration at the sight of the textbook.

Taking a deep breath, [Name] mustered their resolve and addressed their friends. "Alright, first up is Math..." They trailed off, their tone taking on a slightly solemn quality. The slight dislike for the subject was evident in their voice, but they were determined not to let it hinder their progress.

Kaminari let out a dramatic groan, earning a chuckle from Ashido. "Oh boy, here we go with the numbers and equations!"

Tokoyami nodded in agreement. "Indeed, math can be quite challenging. However, with the four of us, it should be somewhat okay."

"You mean two. I don't think Kaminari and I will be much help."

"I am good but sometimes I make a few mistakes here and there with putting the formulas in the right order." Flipping open the textbook, [Name] began explaining the first concept, breaking it down into simpler terms, and providing relatable examples.

Throughout the math session, Tokoyami intervened several times, noticing some mistakes in [Name]'s explanations. At first, this surprised [Name], but then they understood how helpful Tokoyami's input could be.

They appreciated his attention to detail and welcomed his corrections. [Name] graciously accepted the feedback, quickly writing it down on the whiteboard for everyone to see and learn from. No one asked where they got a whiteboard. It turned into a team effort, with Tokoyami offering valuable insights and [Name] using the whiteboard to solve problems in a more visual and engaging way.

Following a tough hour of tackling tricky math problems, the group agreed it was time for a 30-minute break. [Name] leaned back in their chair, stretching their arms with a contented sigh. Though the math had been tough, they felt accomplished with the headway they'd made.

After the break, they shifted their focus to the next subject: science. They were pleased to see Kaminari stepping up to lead this part. He showed a solid understanding of the topics, explaining them well and linking them to the study guide the teacher provided.

[Name] was really impressed by how much Kaminari knew about the subject. But then again, it made sense because his quirk probably required him to understand science to use it effectively.

After hours of studying hard, the group decided it was time to call it a night. The clock on the wall showed how late it had gotten, and the room felt cozy under the warm light as they packed up their things.

"We've covered so much ground today," [Name] said with a satisfied smile, stretching their arms above their head and letting out a silent groan from the cracking sounds of their bones. "I think it's time for a well-deserved break, don't you all agree?"

Tokoyami nodded, his figure seeming to echo the sentiment. "I agree. A moment of respite will help us close the night."

"I'm up for a break!" Kaminari chimed in with enthusiasm, his energetic nature still going strong despite the late hour.

"Sounds like a good idea to me," Ashido added, rubbing her temples to ease the slight headache that had crept in during the intense study session.

Having all agreed on the plan, the four of them headed out for a walk to refresh themselves and get a snack. The city streets were bright with lights, guiding their path to the convenience store nearby. They talked and laughed as they strolled along, enjoying each other's company. [Name] was especially delighted, feeling grateful for this new and exciting experience of a nighttime outing with friends.

Arriving at the convenience store, they were greeted by the tempting aroma of instant ramen and various snacks. They wandered around, picking out their favorite ramen flavors and adding a few extra snacks to their haul. Carrying their goodies, they made their way to the cashier, chatting and joking with each other as they paid for their purchases.

After leaving the store, they found a quiet spot outside to sit down and enjoy their hot ramen. Steam rose from the cups as they slurped up the noodles, feeling the warmth spreading through them. Laughter and conversation filled the air as they enjoyed the simple pleasure of eating together.

Kaminari's face lit up with delight as he took a sip of the savory broth, feeling the warmth spread through him like a soothing embrace.

"You're right, [Name]," Kaminari exclaimed with a satisfied grin, "this is so good! It's like a hug in a bowl."

Ashido, sitting next to him, nodded in agreement, her cheeks flushed with excitement. "Oh yeah! This ramen is on a whole other level. It's like a party in my mouth! I am so glad we came to eat together!"

Tokoyami, his signature stoic demeanor softened by the warm broth, chimed in with his own poetic perspective. "In this darkness, it is indeed well needed. The warmth brings comfort to the heart."

The four friends kept enjoying their tasty ramen, savoring each bite with happy sounds of satisfaction. The cool night air seemed to make the ramen taste even better. As they ate, they forgot all about the tough study session they had earlier. Instead, they focused on the joy of being with each other and having a yummy meal together.

The streetlights cast a gentle glow on their faces, and [Name] could only smile. They wish to stay like this forever. They know they can't so they chose to watch and hopefully keep it imprinted in their mind for the years to come.

Under the moonlit sky, [Name] couldn't help but feel grateful for the friends they had found at U.A. High School. The study session had been productive, but it was these moments of camaraderie and friendship that truly enriched their experience.

With their stomachs content and hearts full, they bid each other goodnight and made their way back to their respective homes. The walk back felt lighter, the weight of academic pressure momentarily lifted by the comfort of friendship and a late-night snack.

As [Name] stepped inside their apartment, their bag slung over one shoulder, they let out a sigh of relief. The day had been long and tiring, and all they wanted was to relax and unwind in the comfort of their own space. They kicked off their shoes carefully in the doorway, a bad habit they had developed over time, and began making their way down the hallway to their room.

But just as they were about to turn the corner, a sudden knock echoed through the apartment, causing [Name] to freeze in surprise. They turned around, eyebrows furrowing as they approached the entrance. Who could be visiting at this hour?

With a swift swing of the door, the unexpected visitor was revealed, and [Name]'s eyes widened in astonishment. They didn't think they would see them after their last conversation years ago.

"I'm back," the unknown person announced, their arms nonchalantly crossed.

[Name] couldn't help but let out a small gasp, not expecting to see him standing there. Despite the surprise, they quickly composed themselves, a familiar smile spreading across their face. "Welcome back, Dabi," they replied warmly, their voice holding a mix of fondness and curiosity. "I am sure you have a lot to tell me."

They instinctively moved to the side, inviting him into the apartment. With a soft click, the door closed behind him as he stepped inside.

-------------

I headcanon that Kaminari knows science more than regular high schoolers. He only is at the bottom of the ranking because he isn't good at the other subjects. I won't take any criticism LOL. Oh...? The plot thickens. I wonder how MC knows Dabi? Well, I know. How long will it take for them to find out he is a villain? I wonder or does MC know already know hmm...Thank you, guys, for the 12k reads and 518 votes. The next chapter is the Final Exam Arc woooo! Until next time~
