Sunset Surprise

Aphmau's POV;

    Travis got so excited he started running down the block to reach home. So much so, that he tripped on a rock, fell over, and left me going at full speed. I was trying to stop it by holding onto the wheels, but it was too fast for me to stop. My hands turned a little red, but that was the least of my worries. I was heading strait for a tree! I tried everything, stopping, turning, spinning around, but I couldn't move the wheelchair. I was about to try jumping off the wheelchair, but it was too late. The wheelchair banged against the tree and I flew off the chair, colliding with the tree. I slid down and fell over.

    "Aphmau!" I heard Travis yell. He started coming towards me.

    "You...are s-so...dead." I stammered. I groaned and tried getting up. Travis helped me on my feet, but the moment he let go I fell over again. I almost forgot; I can't walk. Travis helps me again and puts me in the wheelchair. When we finally fix ourselves, we hear the door opening. We look, and new see Kawaii~Chan staring at us.

    "Aww man! We couldn't surprise them!" Travis whispered.

    "That's' what you get for driving me into a tree..." I whispered, holding my head. Kawaii~Chan stared at us for a few more seconds, but then she proceeded to...Cry? I thought she would be super hyper to see us.

    "A-Aphmau? Travis? Is that really you?" She stuttered, in disbelief.

    "The one and only, erm, onlies?" Travis confused himself. Then Kawaii~Chan ran up to us and hugged us tight.

    "I can't believe it! I thought you'd never come back from that place!" Kawaii~Chan cried on my shoulder.

    "Oh, I guess you would've surprised them anyway, Travis." I said. Then we heard voices coming from inside.

    "If you want to surprise them, maybe you can come inside!" Kawaii~Chan said thrilled.

    "Definitely better in there, so yes." I said, giving Travis a death glare and holding my head.

    "Aphmau? What happened to your head?" She said, pulling out a leaf.

    "Oh nothing, just Travis tripped and ran me into this tree." I pointed to the tree.

    "That's horrible! Here, let me get you both inside." As we were entering the long lost house, I realized something. Aphmau? What happened to Aphmau~Senpai? Before I could think more, we are in the house.

    "Do you want to do re-introductions together, or separate?" Travis asked me.

    "You can go first if you want. I'm kinda nervous if you ask me."

    "What? How can you be nervous to see your friends after a whole year?"

    "What if...they changed? I'm scared...that they-" I was cut off by Kawaii~Chan grabbing Travis to show him the the others. I would've said otherwise, I'm scared that everyone moved on. I know I did. I knew I'd miss them sure, but I thought I would never see them again. I just thought things would be easier if I just accepted that, so I did, and in the process changed myself from a cheery person to a depressed sarcastic one.

    I saw in a small corner, everyone was swarming Travis like flies, and giving him tight hugs. I chuckled, and I saw everyone turn in my direction. Was I really that loud? I quickly backed up and stayed quiet.

    "Kawaii~Chan, is there someone else here?" I heard Garroth ask.

    "Yes! I will go get them now!" Kawaii~Chan came over to me and rolled me inside. I heard everyone gasp and I saw everyone's shiny eyes on the brink of tears.
