Y/N POV
We walk out onto the field, and all eyes are on us.
I don't care as long as I don't have to talk.
I walk next to Shoto and I can see he is pretty chill
He must be thinking about what we will be doing
I however don't really care
Midoriya looks like he is about to die
Present mic starts introducing the other first year classes
Once we all gather together midnight appears on stage
"Now, for the introductory speech!" She announces
'This year's chief umpire for the first years is the R-Rated hero, Midnight!' Everybody in the stands blush.
"Uh, someone should talk to Ms. Midnight about what she's wearing" Kirishima says
"Yeah that costume should come with a warning." Kaminari agrees
"Is that really appropriate apparel for a high school game?" Tokoyami questions
"Silence everyone!" Midnight shouts
"And for the student pledge, we have Katsuki Bakugo and Y/N L/N" she shouts again
Fuck...
Everyone starts murmuring about Bakugo
"Just wanna say." Bakugo starts
"I'm gonna win" he concludes
Everyone starts yelling
I walk up the stage behind him, smack his head, and drag him back down by his shirt.
"HEY WHAT THE HELL YOU BITCH!!!!?" He growls
"Stay" I say glaring at him and dropping him on the ground.
I know I have to say something so I go up to the mic
"Don't mind him. He's just an egotistical brat. Anyways, do your best because we're bringing our all." I say plainly, then walk off the stage.
Everyone starts cheering and I smirk at Bakugo.
He looks like he's about to kill me. That's good. Extra motivation for him.
"Without further ado, it's time for us to get started!" Midnight cheers
"UA really doesn't believe in letting us catch a breath, huh?" Uraraka says
"This is where you begin feeling the pain! The first fateful game of the festival! What could it be?" Midnight says
A holographic screen shows up behind midnight and starts spinning
Then it shows 'Obstacle Race'
"Ta-dah!" She shouts
"So it's gonna be an obstacle course." Midoriya says
Thank you Captain obvious
"All 11 classes will participate in the treacherous contest. The track is 4 Kilometers around the outside of the stadium. I don't want to restrain anyone, at least in this game. As long as you don't leave the course, you are free to do whatever your heart desires. Now then, take your places, contestants." Midnight announces
