"Are you the one responsible for Coil's unconsiousness?!" He yelled.

Jade flinched slightly but stood her ground. She tried to be brave.

"Are you?!" Pan yelled.

"Why don't you leave her alone dude? She did nothing wrong! And besides, where would she go?" I heard myself say.

Pan turned around, looking furious.

"Was I talking to you? And don't call me a 'dude', this is serious. Coil could have been dead if she had hit him in the wrong place!" Pan snapped.

"But she didn't and she came back so why don't we catch some sleep and start the day with a simple goodmorning?" I suggested, walking out of line.

That ticked him off even more. He turned red but tried to keep calm.

"Everybody! Go back to your cabins! Except for you Alek. I want you to start doing your daily work." Pan ordered before turning to Jade.

"And you. I want you in my treehouse. Now!" He demanded before stomping away.

The Lost Boys started breaking up and I glanced at Jade who stared at me. I smirked slightly and walked towards her.

"You alright?" I asked, looking down on her since she was slightly shorter than me.

"Yeah. Thanks for that." She thanked me, looking slightly relieved.

"Hey, who's Hercules his son here?" I winked before turning around and walking away.

I watched as Alek walked away slowly.

He stood up for me. Was the only sentence in my mind.
No, I'm screwed. No, Peter wants to see me in his office so I should probably go.
He stood up for me. That's it. It repeated endlessly in my mind.

"You did it again." A voice spoke up from next to me, making me jump slightly.

"I'm sorry, what?" I asked, looking up at Nate.

His ice blue eyes stared into mine.

"Pushing Pan's buttons. You always tend to do that whenever it seems like you two find peace." Nate explained, trying to seem like a trainer that tells his dog off.

"You find this amusing." I stated, my voice holding a hint of surprise.

"Very." Nate laughed, his British accent thick.

I rolled my eyes at him and crossed my arms over my chest.

"You're a douche, you know that right?" I replied, playfully punching his shoulder.

"Maybe. But at least I don't piss Pan off." He chuckled, making me gasp dramatically.

"Yeah, you're right, asslicker." I muttered the last part.

"I'm sorry, what was that?" Asked Nate, pretending not to have heard me.

"Oh you heard me."

"Damn right I did, if I get my hands on you-" Nate started but I cut him off.

"You've got to catch me first Abercrombie!" I yelled, running off.

Nate started chasing me all around campus, I kicked things to the ground, creating a parkour in the hope that he would fall and give up, but instead, it tired me more than him.

Suddenly, two strong arms wrapped themselves around my waist, lifting me up and twirling me around. I giggled and laughed and yelled at Nate to let go off me but he didn't. After a few more twirls he finally put me back down. I turned to face him and slapped him across his chest.
