CHAPTER 1

"Good afternoon class, sit down properly and prepare your mind" bating panimula ni Ms.Martin samin.

"So today we're going to talk about mental health" sabi niya bang nakatuon ang attention saaming lahat. "What's your idea about this topic? Anyone?".

Thunder raise his hand.

"Alright Mr. Monteciara go ahead" she said.

"Mental health refers to the overall well-being of a person's emotional, psychological, and social state." He confidently said.

"Okay refers to overall well-being of a person sabi nga, alright another answer class?" she asked again.

This time I raised my hand.

"Go on Ms. Sy"

"It also encompasses how individuals think, feel, and behave, and how they cope with life's challenges." I said.

"Okay that's right, now Ms. Sy can you explain to us how can you say if someone is mentally unstable?" She asked again.

"Diagnosing mental illness requires a comprehensive assessment by qualified mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists or psychologists. They use a combination of clinical interviews, observation, and psychological testing to make an accurate diagnosis." I said. " There has a lot of small symptoms like persistent sadness or extreme mood swings, Intense anxiety, fear, or worry that interferes with daily activities, difficulty concentrating or making decisions, changes in sleep patterns and many more" dagdag ko pa.

"Okay excellent answer thank you for your cooperation you may now sit down" she said.

i take a deep breath then sit down.

Thunder smiled at me and I smile back at him too. We both focused for the entire lesson, taking notes from the things that our teacher discussing.

"Alright let's continue this topic next week since once a week lang naman ako sainyo please do have advance reading about the topic" she said before going out.

"Finally tapos na rin" sabi ni Jai na kala mo pagod na pagod.

"Bossing mamaya yung group study natin diba? Ano ba kasing klaseng patakaran yan e, discuss next week test" reklamo naman ni Adrian.

"Madali lang mag adjust if you both really want" sagot naman sakanila ni Thunder habang timatapos pa rin yung notes na sinusulat niya.

"Ay nga pala baby thaia sama ka samin ah" Aya sakin ni Jai.

"I can study alone and mas makakapag focus pa ko" sagot ko sakanya at agad naman itong bumusangot.

"Alam ko naman yon kaso walang maganda don mamaya pag wala ka e" pag pupumilit niya pa

"Oo nga naman peachy walang maganda sa bahay mamaya may pasok rin si mama" sabi naman ni Thunder sabay tingin sakin.

"Jusko ano ako nanay niyong tatlo?" Tanong ko naman sakanila.

"Oo!" Sabay na sabi ni Jai at Adrian.

"Pero ako pinaka gwapo mong anak mama peachy" mayabang na sabi ni Thunder sabay kindat.

"Hoy unfair!" Angal ni Adrian sakanya.

"Dapat ang magkakapatid pantay pantay!" Ani naman ni Jai na ikinatawa ni Thunder.

"Pantay pantay sulat mo nga sa bond paper di pa rin pantay matanda ka na" pang aasar sakanya ni Thunder.

"Shempre anong profuse ng rurel!" Inis na sagot naman ni Jai sakanya na ikinatawa naming lahat.

"Anong nakakatawa tama naman ah!" Inis na Singhal niya samin. "Mawawalan ng work yung rurel!" Pag pupumilit pa neto.

Tumayo si Adrian para takpan na Ang bibig niya. "Tama na pre, ako tanggap ko ng bobo ako tama na please lang ayoko manakit oh" pabiro niyang sabi.
